I researched 12 companies... contacted DOT & BBB, got quotes from 4, and chose Interstate Contracted Movers... They were the only company that guaranteed delivery with a $ amount. The other companies would not put a $ amount on my discount if delivery was not on time. Pickup was on time. Delivery was on time. I packed most items but some was left for the movers... no extra charges. No hidden fees. Paid the original, agreed upon price. They did exactly as promised. I have moved 4 times now and the 1st 3 companies were worthless! Thank you for a good move.

I had some really bad luck and my girls and I had to move out of our home within a 12 hour window. On no notice, Carol sent 3 movers to move me and my girls out of an unsafe environment. My heart goes out to Claxton, Reni and Mike for helping me move. Thank you for helping me move without asking questions or judging. You people are great! If I ever have to move again, I will give you a call.

I called Interstate Contracted Movers hoping to get an estimate of my move to compare it to other estimates I had received from other moving companies. I told this to Carol, my sales rep and she told me she was sure IC Movers could beat the other companies offer. She also said if I got an in-home estimate done, which they were able to set up that day, that the price would be binding and that the cost of the move could not change. So I had an estimator come out, Mike, and his wife showed up looking very professional and had a really great personality. He made me feel comfortable allowing him into my home. After the walk through, I was so amazed with the information he gave me, and the lack of information that the others didn't give me. On the day of the move the movers were professional and on time and when my stuff arrived at my new home, everything was there and the movers even reassembled our beds for us in the right rooms. I had several bad moves in the past so I asked my company who does their moves and was told IC Movers, so I called IC Movers to move me to my new apartment and they did a good job. They were on time, nothing broken, no extra charges, and they worked hard. I bought the movers pizza for lunch. In my opinion they are the best!

I called several moving companies for a local move and was told about $101/hr for 3 men and a truck. Interstate Contracted Movers explained to me that if I rent the truck (about $50/day), 3 men and equipment was $57/hr. My move was estimated at 8-10 hrs… I have a big house. After doing the math, ICMovers was allot less $$$, so I chose them. The did a GREAT job in 7.5 hrs and I saved. I was moving from Henderson, NV to West Lafayette, IN for a new job and needed to find a good, inexpensive and quick solution that would be easier than renting a U-haul. I was leaving Nevada on Tuesday and needed to be packed up by Monday night. I also required that all of my belongings get to Lafayette no later than Friday. I called 5 different moving companies, who all told me it would be impossible to do but offered to move it by the week after. I had talked to Mike at Interstate Contracted Movers about the move and they were the only company who said they would be able to do it. They said they specialized in these types of moves and that they have trucks going that way several times per week. I had my doubts, but come Monday morning, the plan was in motion. I signed a contract that stated the shipment would arrive on Friday. The movers showed up as planned at both ends and I am HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY with ICMovers.

With all the stories you hear about belongings taken "hostage" by moving companies, surprise fees, etc. I moved from NV to AZ and used Interstate Contracted Movers based out of Las Vegas, NV. They were professional, on-time, fast, friendly - and best of all nothing arrived broken, and the binding estimate was really binding - I paid exactly what they quoted me. No hostage situation, no extra charges. I was expecting things to go wrong but Interstate Contracted Movers proved me wrong! I'll definitely use them again if I move again. Highly recommend them!! I have never been one to sit and write a review about any company, but my moving experience with IC Movers was great, Things went very well. The rep was very polite as she offered me more details about my move and the moving industry then I really needed. All the guys were fast, friendly and professional. They packed our home, dismantled our furniture, and set us up in the new place. From start to finish, they were professional and courteous movers. I recently searched for movers online and found out that my information went out to several movers. My voicemail and email stayed full on a daily basis as I screened my calls to answer only my friends and relatives. I received a call with my area code and answered the phone and was I glad. It was Lee from Interstate Contracted Movers and he insisted that I let Mike come and give me an onsite estimate. They both showed up at my house and were very professional. Not only did they give me a binding quote, Mike himself along with two other hard working movers agreed to move my belongings. On the day of my move they showed up with all new packing materials and packed my stuff really careful. All of my furniture was shrink wrapped and padded. Like everyone else, I read all the bad things about the moving industry, but had to pick a company to move me to Iowa. After visiting the offices of 4 companies, I chose Interstate Contracted Movers. They made me feel at ease and my move from Nevada to Iowa was great. The owner was nice and gave me lots of advice showing me information about the industry that the other 3 didn’t. On move day the drivers were very prompt and courteous. Usually after a move, I have spent precious time digging through boxes and furniture just to locate an item that is needed right then. But the movers at IC Movers packed everything by labeling all the boxes so that everything was easy to find after! At the delivery end, they put all the boxes in the rooms by labels, and it worked great. I usually do not leave reviews, but these guys did a great gob for us and deserve a big thank you. We were referred to Interstate Contracted Movers by a friend of ours who used them when he moved to Florida to retire, and they were great. When Lenny the estimator arrived he explained what to expect, how to pack, all about insurance, and how to save money… more then any of the other companies. On the morning of the move, they were so organized, I couldn’t believe it. One of the guys loaded my SUV for me. Everything else went into the moving truck with ease. I never thought it would fit. Once the truck was loaded I followed it to their office and I met Mike (the owner) and Lee (the driver). Everyone was so nice. As soon as we were done with all the paperwork, Lee explained that the truck would be in Dallas by noon the next day where he was going to a quick drop-off and pick-up before continuing on to Jacksonville, and that he would see me there in 4 days. THE PRICE TRIPLED SOME HOW AND MY FAMILY HAD TO BORROW MONEY FROM OUR CHURCH TO PAY THEM AND GET OUR STUFF. I used Interstate Contracted Movers from Las Vegas to Springfield, NJ. This letter is to inform you of how happy I am with your company's services. My only previous experience with a professional mover was a nightmare. The truck was 7 hours late in the pickup and my belongings arrived at my new address 12 days later then promised. Since that experience, I have always rented a truck and moved myself. This year, with a new wife, child, and additional belongings, I decided to give the professional movers one more chance. The price Interstate Contracted Movers quoted is what brought me to them, other companies I had contacted wanted more money and I was under the impression these other moving companies might have been brokers as well which would have meant the prices they were giving me were sure to go up. (those sneaky hidden costs you hear about). The service ICM provided will bring me back, if I ever decide to move again… I contacted them with just a week to schedule a pick-up date and everything went smoothly. The service was friendly and professional. I really couldn’t have asked for more! We packed our stuff ourselves because fortunately we had some time to do so and save a little more money and also, got some tips from our salesman on where to buy certain packing materials. OK, so I went through all the reviews I read about Interstate Contracted Movers. Yes, they were the lowest bidder, but it wasn't just that. The guy that called us on the bid was really nice. He assured me he'd follow up with me the day of the move (which he did), and I liked that assurance. Well the day of the move came, and the movers were on time. Unfortunately, they brought a truck that was too small. They said another truck was following to make up for that. There were 4 guys including the driver (I thought three guys were coming). The driver stayed on the truck and the other 3 worked their tushes off. It was over 100 degrees that day, and I was moving from a 3rd floor condo in Las Vegas. They loaded up the truck with as much as they could fit (then the second truck showed up) and we were off. I treated everyone to Pizzas for lunch (my old condo is right by Pizza Hut). Mike at Interstate Contracted Movers walked me through the whole process. He & Lenny the salesman was up front and honest. When I called in, Mike showed me multiple websites and walked me through them to show me different moving laws and what they mean to me. He also showed me how to check some of the other moving companies I was interested in through US DOT and the BBB. After I did the research, the other companies didn't even compare. Then we went through an inventory of all my belongings and he had a quote ready for me right away. We booked the move and the movers came on the day they said they would and they were all very professional and a pleasure to work with. We called Interstate Contracted Movers 2 days before the move and they did great job. They give us the price less then the other companies and let me tell you they are best. We already give the number to a few friends and they were very happy too. We are moving next summer again and are going them again, and we were guaranteed to have the same crew.
