I?ve been to Inner Balance more times then I can count and I have always had a great experience until October 2008. I scheduled a 1 ? hour massage. The masseuse left me in the room for ten minutes before coming back to start the massage (they love the waste time so you get a shorter massage). She started the massage and I could tell that her breathing was extremely heavy and she kept sniffling and rubbing her nose ? all while massaging my back. I finally couldn?t take it anymore and asked her if she was sick. Yes, of course she was sick. I was so upset that I ended the massage. When I came out to meet the owner her was completely RUDE and was not willing to give me all of my money back. I will NEVER go back to INNER BALANCE again! I felt so gross and couldn?t get home fast enough to take a shower. Be warned!!!!
