Ideal Services

I send out plumbers, electricians and other maintenance all day long as my job. THIS COMPANY IS BY FAR THE WORST I'VE USED IN 6 YEARS! I have to switch companies every time the warranties send them out because they are incompetent and will actually make situations worse! They do not know the meaning of EMERGENCY. The customer service is almost funny how rude they are. Working for a property management company for 6 years I have a history with them. They cannot even fix simple leaks. They change documents (estimates/invoices) for their benefit, they try to double bill. When you tell them you’re making a complaint or would like to speak with a supervisor, they laugh and say they are the only people to speak with. OF ALL MY EXPERIENCE WITH MAINTENANCE IN THIS TOWN. IDEAL SERVICES IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY TO USE, I AM SURPRISED THEY ARE STILL UP AND RUNNING.
