Has anyone actually received their wedding album? My wedding was almost 3 years ago and I still have not received my wedding album or wedding pictures. We received our wedding video in 2008. Bob did a fantastic job with it. However, our wedding album has been a painfully slow process to complete and receive. The photographs were beautiful, but Eva will not return my phone calls and the 2 email replies that I have received in the last 7 months (last one in Feb. '10) promised that she was sending my album to the printers and would be mailing it to me in a few weeks. I'm still waiting. Eva has not responded to any of my emails since then. Has anyone heard anything from Eva or Bob recently? I'm very saddened by this and it breaks my heart every time I think about all of our wedding pictures of our beautiful day that I may never see again or the wedding album that I may never have to remember our day. Eva, Bob are you out there?

I am truly sorry for the delay of product.   Clients have had to wait long durations for their final production, but I have never "scammed" anyone. This has been difficult year for me to say the least. There are many small business who are suffering the same as we are.  I have been self employed for 20 years and have never seen hardship like this. I am not immune to the recession.  I understand how frustrating this is for clients, but the recession has hit home.  I used to produce 2 albums a week, now I can only produce 1 album a month.  I no longer take bookings because I want to finalize production with my current clients before moving forward. ALL of my clients will receive the final production they paid for. I will not rush or compromise the the quality and creativity they hired us for. Clients WILL receive their product. Thank you

Hyde Park Photo and Video is a wonderful company to work with! I was referred to Eva and Bob by a friend (who was a beyond picky bride!). I felt very assured that she had done all of her homework and therefore took some of the burden off of me! I knew after seeing her pictures that I had my photographers. However, I still composed a huge list of questions for my first meeting.. Eva met with me, at a time convenient for me, and patiently answered my questions in full detail (she was very patient with both my mother-in-law and me!). Yes, that is right, days. We had two days of ceremonies filled with both Sikh and Catholic traditions. The owners hired additional crew to capture both events. Not a single memory was missed. The owners made it a top priority to capture every single detail of the wedding. They were prompt, polite, and a joy to work with. Capturing the many details of our weddings was no easy task, but the wonderful people at Hyde Park Photography and Videography made it look so simple. Thank you Hyde Park Photography & Video.  You went above & beyond your responsibility as photographers to see that everything went perfect on our wedding day.  You showed compassion & understanding during times of stress, & helped calm our nerves when things did not seem to be going as planned.  Simply put, you pampered us.  During photo shoot, you held my bouquet When my arms grew tired. My husband and I could not be more happy with the quality of work done by this team. The quality of work and professionalism we received before during and after our wedding was extraordinary. The pictures are so beautiful and our video is the best quality I have seen. We were made to feel comfortable with ever step of the process and found this couple very easy to communicate with. It's no joke! What these 2 artists created for us was nothing short of a storey book wedding! We hired this company to handle the video/photography portion of our destination wedding strictly by recommendations from others and by viewing their work on line. We were extremely satisfied by all aspects of the process, from start to finish, we were made to feel like we were their number one priority. We were not familiar with the Orlando area and they were helpful in so many ways (even with things unrelated to video/photography). What more can I say...You couldn't put the most important day of your lives in any better hands!!

AKA Hyde Park Photography. Owned by a husband and wife (team of only the two of them) the Videography work was FABULOUS the photography was average. I hired them for my wedding and will unfortunately stop there. I am a big fan of customer service and when I spend over 5 grand for a photographer for my wedding day I want you to return my phone calls. I almost let them keep my deposit and went with another photographer two weeks before my wedding. If it hadn't been so close to my wedding I probably would have. Them not returning phone calls - ever, and needing to call them several times before you get them will most likely make them have a very short lived business. People wise they are very nice but when you are talking about thousands of dollars you expect a returned phone call at least within that week. It has even come down to my husband driving down there and sitting outside their office.

My wife and I used this service and it was the biggest mistake of our wedding!!! Please I assure you if you want to have a beautiful wedding to remember do not use this company. They have horrible communication problem.... You can never get a hold of them and they will never return your phone calls we went as far as driving all the way to their business and it was locked... However we did find a note stuck to their door by someone else saying "Please call us back we feel like were beeing scammed, you will not return our phone calls... our wedding is in 2 days we've already paid you half the money" I just don't want to see anyone else get let down by this company. madfour
