I took my do after hours because I thought that she had a stroke or seizure. The vet was Amazing. Have also gone to routine appointments and the front desk staff needs a course on customer service. They are rude and seem not to care about their jobs. They seem like they don't want to be there, but are there because they just have to be there.

The Vets and staff at W,I&S have always been there for my animals no matter the problem. After one appointment elsewhere (for an older dog we got that had had another vet) I was back at W,I & S for the rest of that dog's life. Their down to earth solutions and willingness to accommodate every situation have made them friends for life. We have taken animals there for 30 + years and would never go anywhere else.

They ask customers to leave their pets in the car because the animals will fight if they are inside together. While other clinics around town are highly overpriced, Weisner, Innis & Schoen only charged me what was necessary to heal my cat. They gave me clear instructions on how to care for Sadie. The small clinic shows me that they utilize their resources and money to help their customers--not frivolously spend it on appearances. Also, Dr. Innis is always willing to help. The vets are fair and kind. They do not rip people off like many other clinics. I was thoroughly satisfied and am now a regular customer! I HIGHLY recommend this place!

I stopped taking my pets there a few years ago for one reason: The receptionists are the RUDEST, NASTIEST women I have ever met in an office setting. I now go to a more expensive veterinary clinic but it's worth it to be treated decently. The veterinarians are OK but I always felt rushed in and out and that would cause me to forget to ask everything I need to know about my pet's treatment.

All of my experiences with this office have been satisfactory. I'll admit the front desk ladies aren't the friendliest gals, but they have never been rude to me at all. The Doctors are great and have always provided excellent care for my pets.

I moved from a very good vet to this office because of the price. I didn't think that I would be sacrificing the health of my dogs. Essentially my dog was due for a heartworm test and they did not tell me about it until it was the last minute when I needed to refill her prescription for heartworm medication. Their service is certainly not up to the level that a normal person would tolerate. When I was made aware of this situation I was the one that was being blamed for not having their heartworm test done when they never brought it to my attention either with a phone call or post card. If I didn't go and ask for my pet prescription to be refilled I would have never known about the test being necessary. I calmly explained my dissatisfaction with their customer service and asked for the vet records because I wanted to seek out a more competent office to take care of my dogs. Unfortunately, I had to have her medication so that I didn't miss her next scheduled dosage. I agreed to ... Read more

The vets are good, however not worth the verbal abuse one has to go through to see them. I would rather pay a little more and be confident my pet and myself are treated with kindness and concern from all employees. The staff at this clinic have CHOSEN to work here, I would recommend they find employment somewhere else where they don't have to deal with the public !!!!

I have been a client here for quite some time. Pros, and why I stay: Best prices in town. Shop around, you will see. Nice vets, nice vet techs. Very convenient office hours...open until 10:00 PM some nights! One of the few local practices who will see you on the weekends at a price lower than the Emergency people. Cons: Not the most modern facility. Old linoleum, chemical kennel odor. Exam rooms are open on one side and there are no leash rings so you must contain your animal yourself. Occasionally some long wait times. Routine exams not as thorough as "salon" type places I've been to. For example, I had to ask for info about feline leuk vaccines. They will do anything you ask, but you need to ask for some things. I think they assume you are there "on the cheap" and don't try to sell you "extras", some of which I don't consider extra. I agree with the first review, the reception people are not very nice as a rule. They do seem to be constantly eating, as if they are not given... Read more

THE VETS AT THIS LOCATION ARE GREAT! THEIR GREAT WITH MY DOG AND ALWAYS HAVE GREAT ADVICE. THEY TAKE THE TIME TO CARE FOR ALL THE ANIMALS THERE. THE ONE THING THAT MAKES GOING TO VET APPOINTMENTS HARD, IS THE LADIES AT THE FRONT DESK. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDE WHEN GOING IN ANYWHERE BY RECEPTIONISTS. THE WHOLE OFFICE WILL BE EMPTY AND THEY WON'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE YOU, THEY RATHER EAT THEN DO THEIR WORK. I AM HIGHLY CONSIDERING A DIFFERENT VET AFTER HE GETS CAUGHT UP ON ALL OF HIS PUPPY SHOTS, I FEEL I AM CUSTOMER AND I SHOULD GET TREATED WITH SOME RESPECT, HECK YOU GO IN THERE THEIR POPCORN SNACK GETS MORE RESPECT THAN AN ACTUAL CUSTOMER. THEY NEED TO GO BACK AND LEARN HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE.
