If I could rate it a 0, I would. Honestly, this company is not worth anyone's time or effort. If you have the chance to work somewhere else, by all means do so. As others have mentioned, this company lacks professionalism, employees are treated lower than dirt, and there are absolutely no benefits whatsoever. An employee can advance in this company very quickly by kissing ass rather than actually being a good, hardworking individual. Special attention and care was given to those who were friends of the manager/supervisors. In effect, many of the employees themselves were lazy and did not contribute to the overall cleaning process. Most of the time, the job was "done" carelessly; pillow cases were done half-assed, trash could still be found in the aisles, bathrooms were not cleaned thoroughly, etc. Those who did their job well and meticulously were not appreciated or recognized and so they too lost their motivation and began to do the job in a careless manner. I worked for this company (Huntleigh at Boston Logan International Airport) for a little more than a year. When I first came here, I though I was going to do something along the lines of security. But to my surprise, I basically was doing Cleaning and Security on airplanes. I stayed anyways because I thought the $10.00 an hour was decent and most of co-workers were nice people. As time progressed, it just got worse. One being is the company itself and the higher management aka supervisors, district manager,leads. The company offers no health insurance or any other benefits except your pay check and measly 10% discount on most things within the airport stores or restaurants. You don't even get a raise no matter how hard you worked or how long you have been with the company. And for you to advance your position in the company, you have to be really close or kiss ass to a person in the higher management like Supervisor or District Manager.
