    How many times House Pro has been to my residence I don't know, but I have had to be personally involved in every single one of their visits to make sure the problems are rectified. They have rarely fixed the root cause of the problems, only treated symptoms, like clogged drains, for example. This means I have to call them back repeatedly for the same problem. Their technicians are all of differing skill levels and attitudes, which means you better hope you get a good one. Also, NEVER sign a maintenance agreement with them because it's worthless. They say they offer 10% discount on parts and labor and 24 hour service, but the 10% ends up being meaningless because of all the calls due to irregular service, and the "24 hour service" part of it applies to everyone who calls. It's frankly, a scam. Oh, and if you let them do a diagnosis on your home, expect to fail. This way they can replace everything you have with brand new equipment...which isn't covered in their service agreement either... Read more

    If you want quality installation go with House Pro. If you want HVAC solution go with House Pro. Price is fair. Professional personnel -- Claudio, James and the gang are commendable. They lost a star for an otherwise perfect project because the final inspection revealed minor installation issues which they came out promptly to correct. They are very accommodating and worked around our schedule. We replaced our aging dinosaur HVAC with Carrier Infinity Series system -- total comfort, total bliss and high efficiency; looking forward to lower utilities bill

    I had House Pro inspect the HVAC contractor that my builder chose. I had them inspect my house during construction to insure quality of install and proper equipment sizing. The service tech arrived on time and was very professional and polite. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. He even made some recommendations on other issues that I had not originally thought of. I was very pleased with the House Pro staff and service.

    Not just your average A/C Company. The Tech was clean cut, put shoe covers when he came in. He asked me a lot of questions and walked me through step by step of what we needed to fix. Very thorough diagnostic. Set me up with a maintenance plan to prevent problems and save me money on electricity. Polite, Honest and complete. I recommend House pro for sure!!!

    super customer service , a/c went out saturday at 3pm , had a dinner party at 7pm . they showed up and temp fixed system till monday and did about a ZILLION point check up up fixed the system permenatly. i am now on a low cost "maintence and tune up " program.. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER

    Timely and clearly with a lot of knowledge in A/C. House Pro, Inc. installed a new unit and while it was more expensive than I expected, the service was excellent. I did experience a problem with the digital thermostat after the installation (not properly replaced), but House Pro came out in less than 24 hours to remedy the problem at no cost.

    The contractor would not take any money before the job was completely done and even had the salesman and field supervisor stopped by during the installation. The technician saw something that needed some addressing and took it upon himself to make the system even better for no additional price. We are very pleased.
