Received my product on time. All the specifications were correct. I asked a technical question to Home Security Store after the purchase and received an honest and quick reply. This is my second purchase from them.

I installed the 2GIG security system with the Go Control and found it to be rather easy to install. I programmed the system with no problems. After I installed the system I then phoned alarm relay (the monitroing company) to have the sytem set up with live monitoring and it went well. The system was not difficult to set up with the monitoring company and it worked well with the GSM card which is wireless. The service from the security store was very good as I had to contact them to go over some programing issues with the wirelss units. Over all I have found the system to work well with no current security issues (systems works well with no false alarms) and would recommend as a good unit for personal or buisness use.

I got the item fast and got the correct item. It works great.

the light works fine once you install it on but the intructions are not that great and in the manuel it doesnt list the contents of the box because i might have been missing two screws cuz the two screws i had left doesnt fit so i just used two screws i had at home.

Full featured system that has all the functions my home will need. Plan on taking some time if you install it yourself, but the tech support people at the home security store can efficiently walk you through the install. They were able to answer all my questions to get all features of the system working well. I had to return one component and the process was simple and quick. I would highly recommend purchasing from home security store because service is important for these systems.

I have not been able to install the system as of this point in time but the shipment was fast. I also used the online chat system and the responses were quick and exactly what I needed to be able to make my purchase. I have also viewed some of the online video help and they are going to be great in helping me set up my system. So far my experience has been great, but I will know more once I get the system up and running.

Great purchase. Easy to install and looks and works great. I had it all working in a day (most of the time spent fishing a phone line up the wall so I could utilize the phone features. Over all VERY happy with my new system. Biggest con would be that my 15 month old soon loves the beautiful color touch screen......he thinks its my ipad and wants to play with it! And, as always, if you have any questions, home security store tech support is fantastic (although I didnt even have to call them for this installation it was so easy).

Fast shipping and they have technical support for your security/alarm questions. I had to call a couple of times to get help with my alarm system installation and they answered right away. It's not worth buying a security/alarm system from anywhere else that doesn't offer technical support. I bought the Visonic Powerlink system and I installed in with door/window & motion sensors. The Visonic has all kinds of options you can add to your system like cameras, smoke detectors, etc. I am going to add some cameras to my system and I can monitor it all online using the network module for the Visonic. Overall very happy with Home Security Store & Visonic. Also, they do offer Chat on their website to answer any of your questions. I wasn't sure on what unit to get since I wanted a unit without having a contact with a service provider but I wanted something I could monitor online & also have a unit to call/text/email me when an alarm goes off. product and delivery are good (not difficult to install) except technical support for RMA service is bad. Got defective items (tested with friend that purchased same items and technical installation experience) and wanted to return but 1) wait for a long time 20 min at least or no one pick up phone, 2) sent email pre request but no reponse twice. Wait for last chance from their technical support to provide me RMA# by email today 7/16.2011

I have had good experiences with them in the past on small orders. But this was my first big order and they really let me down. One of the alarm sensors did not match the item description. They acknowledged this after they verified their website was wrong. So that sensor did not work for my installation. Despite the fact that the mistake was their fault they still had the nerve to tell me I had to pay to ship it back and pay for shipping on the replacement. After arguing for a while I gave up and hung up. I had another $600 in parts to order from them to complete the installation but that business is going to a competitor now.

I have purchased several times in the last 3 years from a complete DSC Security System to additional sensors etc. The prices were the best after long searches of other sites. I have never had an issue with this company. This is the place you can feel secure and get quality products for much less.

Purchased the battery from them for the ADT security system. Expected it to take a week like most of my online purchases. Received the battery within two days. Packaging was pretty good too.

Customer Service provided good advice and recommendations. Items shipped on time and in good packing.

My new security system showed up quickly and was exactly as specified. It took some studying to program, but in the end the system is up and running with no problems! I replaced an older Ademco system so the Honeywell Ademco is perfect for this!

Customer service was responsive and helpful when I was deciding what type of alarm system to buy; however, one part of their information was incomplete which caused me to have to order an extra $20 part. Admittedly, this dealt with a rather esoteric area, so I won't ding them for that. Technical support was available and knowledgeable. Both my orders were shipped the same day I ordered them. The product I bought, Visonic Power Max Pro, was five-star hardware with four-star documentation.

Great site for do it yourself home installation alarm systems. Purchased from them when I originally purchased my alarm over 5 years ago. Recently needed some additional equipment so I went to their site. They were great, had what I needed and also answered all my questions by way of email, quickly and correctly. Pricing is some of the best out there as well. I will continue to use them and recommend them to my friends who need alarm systems.

Web site has good information on making a decision so you can do your homework before you buy. Sales have good knowledge of products, but you need to be well aware of what you need as well. After the sale support is excellent. Just call about any question and you will get a knowledgeable answer. You will need this, too, as alarm systems are steeped in jargon and tend to be secretive about how they work.

No problems whatsoever dealing with Home Security Store. I have ordered from them in the past and got the same result. Product functioned as promised and got here on time and I feel I got a very fair price. The sales guy was on the phone when I wanted him to be and was not too pushy. Very nice experience.

The DSC security System was very Good, the only opportunity i had was that I pay for second day and didn't get second day and it took a week for the system to be deliver.

Overall great experience. Customer service was excellent and rep was very patient with this first timer. Prices were good and free shipping made purchase reasonably close to e-bay prices. Tech support via telephone and online videos were very helpful with some of the trickiers installation and programming issues. Only negative is that after the purchase, I discovered that the company routinely gives 10 percent off, something that I missed.

Had a neighbor who had a very insecure home, probably because it was a modest ranch house in the midst of all these split-levels. He said that Home Security Store didn't help his home at all.

Purchase and shipping was good. I was also impressed with the ease of returning items and the speed of my refund. I was disappointed by the website listing the NX-4 system under the wireless units so I thought it was wireless, but you need to buy an extra card to make it wireless. I was also not happy with the customer support. The technicians did not provide much information and they just wanted to get me off the phone. I still don't know how to program my unit. I'm researching it on the intermet to avoid talking to them again. This place is good for purchasing and returning items, but don't expect much technical help.

Home Security Store has all your security needs. I have purchased a wireless system and replacement parts for an older wired system. They were also responsive to both an email and a Customer Service call I placed. And of course they have very competitive prices.
