Love the staff here! Always new lotions to try out. I love the feel of the new ones with silicone in them. I'm a big fan of my HT60 stand up. Get me in and out in 8 minutes. Sometimes if I actually want to "relax" (which is tough) I use the lay down lotus, which bronzes my face and tans my legs better. I've tried some competitors in the past- and they have always been rude, with dirty booths. No thanks. I'll stick with what works.

This place has dramatically changed within the past year. I cannot wait until my package is up so I can find some place new. Yes the place is very clean but that's about all it has going for it. I absolutely LOVED it there up until a few months ago. It is under new management.....which is HORRIBLE. The new manager is completely unprofessional and has NO customer service skills what-so-ever. As soon as the one blonde manager left that place became a dump. I completely disagree with the previous comment. The new girl is extremely rude and has a poor attitude. I feel like she talks to me like I am stupid. She harasses me about my lotion every time I come in and I feel like she talks down to me. It is clear her only goal is trying to get me to spend $100 on a bottle of lotion. Every time I come in I pray someone else is there. Honestly it's just not worth it. The place has a new manager and the place looks better than ever! The staff knows everything when it comes to tanning. I was undecided and the girl came out from behind the front desk and went over all the options with me. So nice! This place has it all- it is HUGE! I saw this new booth called Red Light Therapy. I didn't know if I was ready for collagen therapy, but they went ahead and offered me three free sessions in the booth. How can you not love trying before you're buying? My skin felt so smooth after the first treatment! The girls said if I use this booth 3 times a week for 6 weeks, I'll see noticeable results. I am already loving it after these three times. I think I'm gonna need to buy the package.

I got a five pack for the spray tans. I only went to three of the visits before I decided to never go again. The stall was given to me dirty twice. On the third visit, there were only two customers in the whole place- me being the second. The blonde manager, who claims to be a college grad, could not manage to multi task her way into getting me into a stall while helping a girl who just could not make up her mind on a lotion. When I was done my session in my dirty stall, I realized she didn't give me a towel, I opened the door (still naked) and asked for a towel. She told me to air dry. I had to practically bite her head off to get a towel. She was on the phone the entire time. This place is a mess. The staff is so dumb and rude it's just not worth the aggrivation. Spend your money somewhere else.

I love this tanning salon. The girls are always friendly and ready to answer your questions. The price is reasonable. The place is always clean and in mint condition. There is never a wait when I go either. I've been going there for years and will continue to do so because it's a great place.

ZERO, It does not deserve one star. Completely unprofessional. Watch giving them a credit card. They will charge it without your knowledge. Then try and get a credit. Good Luck. Their policy is NO Refunds, No matter what. They will give you a credit towards other tans, but no refund. Do yourself a favor and check around for reputable tanning businesses. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at this location. I got the same BS from their corp offices.
