I paid for two separate jobs. I paid him 1/2 prior to him starting the jobs. He finished the first (a roof on my porch and some chimney work). He partially finished the second job (a chimney at a rental home), I paid in full for both jobs at that point. He PROMISED numerous times to return to finish the second job. That was in April. It's now August and he continues to ignore my VM and text messages. He seems very trsustworthy when you first meet him. DON"T TRUST HIM.
