I hate it here!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!! I been with them going on two years now. When my lease is up im gone! I have lived in cranbrookhill and had to have my apartment moved due to bedbugs,snakes,mice and roaches. Im a clean person and should of never had to deal with it. After we found the building had bedbugs they made us wash all our stuff pack n bag all are things. We paid hundreds because we had to move which up pur rent with them and we had to pay hotel and to clean all our things they didnt even offer us discounted rent! So i prayed we would get sent some where better might i add im preggo n had to move high risk. Now im in cinnamon ridge it could be nice but for a thousand a month so not worth it mice n roaches so bad they run on your feet and this is dangerous to your children. Well I've live at one of Henderson-Webb apartment complex in Cockeysville for the past 18 months and I never see not one insect in my apartment, except the little bug...that crawled through my balcony door in the summer time, when I accidental leave it open without pulling back the screen. I left my rent in drop box numerous of times and they always receive it. I do understand that sometimes these things can be misplace, because it happen to me at another complex years ago. Now, I just leave mostly checks, just to be on the safe side. My service calls/repairs are answer within the same business day or next day. Last but not lease, I got lots of compliments from my friends about the apartment. Overall the complex that I live in, is quiet and well kept. So, I can't complain.

I HATE THIS PLACE. YELLOW TUB AND BATH TUB, NO UPDATED KITCHEN, CHEAPEST CARPET EVER, SHOULD I SAY RODENT WEBB!!! THEY SHOULD HAVE AN EXTRA ROOM JUST FOR THE RODENTS! THESE APARTMENTS ARE SLUM. THE ONLY REASON WHY I MOVED HERE WAS BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE TO PAY A SECURITY DEPOSIT, THE ONLY REASON WHY IM STILL HERE IS THE AREA THAT I LIVE IN IS VERY CLOSE TO WORK. BUT NO DOUBT THIS IS MY LAST YEAR HERE!!!!!TELL ME WHY CANT THEY UPDATED THERE APARTMENTS, 99% OF RESIDENTS PAY THERE RENT LATE. HOW DO I KNOW? YOU SHOULD SEE THE LINE AT THE PAYMENT CENTER EVERY OTHER WEEK. NOW WITH ALL THE MONEY THEY HAVE THERE APARTMENTS SHOULD LOOK ALOT BETTER THAN THIS!

I payed my rent to this place and a portion of it (500.00) wasnt counted for which means that someone there (Henderson & Webb Employee) has carelessly misplace it or stolen it in the process of it being transported from Essex drop box to Cockeysville or where ever their headquarters office is! Although I have receipts and copies of the money orders written out to them....there telling us that there is nothing they they can do about it even though it was in their possession! I asked the representative in the office "In the future...How can I be sure that if my payment is dropped in the drop box that it will get to you safely and accurately be counted" She had no response for a breif moment so I then asked her "What if I place my money in the future in the box again and it never reaches you (because someone there has carelessly lost or stolen it) will we be evicted if we dont pay again" She answered yes!!!! Hendersen-Webb apts. in Cockeysville. Our air conditioning has been broken for three days. Water backed up in the ceiling tile over the hallway, bulged and eventually started leaking. Maintenance told us on Sunday to drill a hole in the tile and put a bucket under it, and that they would be coming by. They never came by, and they never called back. I tried to call the regular maintenance line, first thing on Monday and from 9:00 until 10:15. There was no answer because "all circuits were busy". When I finally got someone to answer the phone, they told me that all air conditioner problems would be looked at today, staff was working over time every reported air conditioner problem would be looked at. It is 10:00 pm Monday night, no one came by, no one called, and it is 90 degrees in our apartment! Their concept of service is "non-exisitent", they don't even acknowlege a problem, instead they flat out lie. I will not be renewing my lease. 80+ degrees heat inside our apartment, for 3 d... I cannot wait to get out of this place after 6 years. The calliber of the residents in my Timonium complex is questionable, section 8, unemployed and illegal immigrants who pour 6 or 7 people into a one bedroom. It is not safe to live here anymore. My smoke detector has been defective for 1 year. After 4 requests to fix it, they kept hooking up the defective one with no repairs. The thing goes off if you take a shower. I unhooked it. When I requested for them to replace old, nasty cabinets, they did, but increased my rate in addition to the normal increase. I will hate to move, but must be done. Avoid Henderson Webb....It takes weeks to get a repair fixed and they only bandaid problems

After ten years of living here they are very slow to make repairs, the customer service reps are rude and have no compassion for the residents feelings. also keep in ind these apts were built in the 70's so expect the 70's look in most apts I have visited. outdated appliances, poor ventilation. one room in my apt gets neither heat or air conditioning. so if I had a nother choice it would be another management group.
