In reading other web reviews on Heartland Roofing, it appears the only ones who have anything positive to say about them are the people who write their ad copy. We spent the extra money on Heartland for our home's roof replacement because they offered a ten year guarantee. Within a few weeks, we had a leak. The representative they sent out was belligerent to my wife from the moment he got out of his truck, telling her it was "impossible" that the roof leaked. He ultimately repaired the leak, but he was unpleasant and unprofessional. Fast forward nine years - another slow leak revealed itself in front of the house. The Heartland representative's response over the phone was similar to the first instance - before even looking at it, he insisted this was most likely not their fault and would probably not be covered. I was very DISAPPOINTED with my experience with Heartland Roofing LLC.! The only reason I gave them a 1 star is because a half star was not an option. This is a business I would NEVER recommend or ever use again. The workmanship and customer relations are something else. The items that were not done properly, or even done at all are still not finished, with no end in sight, even after I was assured, in person, (Just before I handed them a check) that they would be taken care of. So much for their word or the 10 year workmanship warranty as stated in there add in the yellow pages. This is definitely a business that I will never use again or ever recommend to any of my neighbors or friends.
