Thu Feb 24 2011I got my product in super fast time today and ...what the heck I have to say thanks to these guys publicly. I've bought a few things since 2008 from HealthMegaMall.com. They always shipped me quality items and usually on time, except one time but they were able to prove that the USPS had f$&ed up. The people behind the phone are generally very polite and attentive. Prices are very reasonable. And as far as I am concerned... that is all I need to call a seller ....GRRREAT.

Thu Feb 24 2011I bought two items from HealthMegaMall.com. Their price was 24% cheaper than Amazon and I got exactly what I ordered. One of them did not fit and they took my product back with ease and refunded me. I am happy with the Seller. They made the transaction easy. Customer service was courteous.

Wed Jan 05 2011Health mega mall did not let me know the product was backordered, so I called and they explained it should be delivered in a week. A week passed, then another. I called and said that the gift I was trying to order would be delivered too late and I needed a refund. They assured me that would happen. It didn't. After several more phone calls, and apologies the company kept promising to return my money. Finally my calls were no longer answered, so I called from a different number and of course they answered on the second ring. Then I calmly explained I was going to have to get the credit card company involved and before I could get the sentence out the person on the other line cut me off and said, "I know, I know, I know... you'll get your money back." Needless to say, I still don't have the refund. I would not advise anyone to buy from this company!!!

Wed Mar 17 2010My family has been a staunch supporter of Sammons Preston. After getting screwed around a few times, I ordered a scar removal gel from HealthMegaMall.com. I had a completely satisfactory experience and over the course of the next six weeks, I bought three more items for myself and then for my elderly Mom (Lumbar Support, Glassless Mirror and a TENS unit). All orders arrived on time as promised. I got reasonable prices on every purchase and the Customer Service was pretty good. I would shop with them again. BUT BEWARE: their products are also sold by Amazon at 30% or something higher price! To get the best deals, you actually have to go to their own site (www.HealthMegaMall.com). This sucks, but then I am guessing there must be a reason for it.

I have had very few issues with order accuracy and have been very impressed with their promptness and willingness to go out of their way to make things right in the eyes of the consumer. No questions asked, just rapid solutions and great products. The response time to both phone calls and emails is very quick nearly 24 hours. Once your order is placed, you immediately receive a confirmation email containing all the details of your buy. Their price are very good. :)
