I've been a unlimited wash member for over a year now with the car wash in Costa Verde Center - San Diego Car Care. They always take care of my car the way I would if I had access to do so; can't do so at my condo. I recently discovered they opened this location closer to my office. This place is not called Happy Car Wash. What's even better is that I can use my membership card at both places!!!

Don't ever use this car wash the service and the management is horrible!!! I paid for $69.99 for a wash and wax this was to include detail rims and interior. First when I arrived there was only one car there, I asked how long would it take to get this done he said about 30 minutes.....1 hour later my tires, rims and interior have not been not done yet I opened my door the step panel had mud on it that wasn't there before and my car was sitting there for who knows how long! The workers and the Manager were just standing around YAPPING!!! with no cars to work on so they had no excuses. I went to the manager and said what happen to my car and explained to him and showed him everything. He said OH! no apology and said it looks good to me. I said "Are you serious? look again!" he didn't even look the first time OH give 20 minutes. still no apology...Then his cell phone rang he answered it and just started talking on his cell phone to a friend apparently and my car was not being attended to... I was in search of a new nearby auto detailer because my usual detailer is several miles away. I received a gift certificate in the mail yesterday and since I was already in search for a new detailer I thought I would try them out. They didn't even give me the benefit of the doubt, I told them I was new and wanted to try them with the certificate, before I could even hand it to the clerk he told me the certificate expired in FEB even though the certificate read "OFFER EXPIRES IN 90 DAYS" and I had just received it via mail 8/07/07 I apologized for not knowing and left confused. I called the Owner to kindly ask him about it and he was short with me accused me of just wanting a free car wash (which offended me) any place that does not treat their prospective customers with respect does not deserve any business, NEVER come here it is horrible. I would rather drive the extra 15 miles to go to a place that respectfully treats their customers. The way I see it is that they will treat ... Read more

I paid a lot of money up front to have a "clay" treatment and Teflon brand sealant used in my detailing. I asked the manager (I am sure he is the same one as below) at least three times about the Teflon before I made the tough decision and signed the credit card receipt. I'm pretty sure I never received the clay treatment because my vehicle went straight from the wash tunnel to the detail area, where they began applying wax with buffers (clay has to be hand applied using small clay bars and lots of special lubricant). The worst part was when I tried to insure I was getting the Teflon I was paying so much for, the manager let me know that they were, in fact, using Meguiar's polymer sealant. When I insisted on the Teflon, I was handed an Auto Magic product bottle and was told it was their Teflon product, but it was the "cheap stuff" and that I didn't want it (turns out Auto Magic has no Teflon products). At this point I realized what I was getting essentially the basic "Platinum" w... Read more

I contacted Classic Auto Wash and Auto Detailing by phone, and this young man, who said he was the manager (which is highly unlikely) was very very rude to me. I didn't understand the coupon in the Clipper Magazine, and he was arguing with me. If he is right about what he said, the ad is false advertising. It says "complete Detail, $150" Then off to the side there is a coupon, which says, "$20 off any detail package" He said you can't use the $20 coupon on the complete detail, because the complete detail is normally $200. That is not what the ad says, and it should be rewritten, and they should hire someone more people friendly to answer their phones.
