I like their canned as for their kibble it has way to many carbs and cats do not need any carbs.

I switched my kitty to Halo Spot's Stew Indoor Chicken Formula (dry) from a Purina's Indoor dry food formula, and I've been surprised and pleased with the results. Oskar didn't really have a problem on the cheaper food, which I've fed him for about 6 years since college, so I didn't expect any noticeable change, but it's clear that this food is a dietary improvement. For starters, he is more energetic and playful (which sometimes means he won't leave me alone when I'm trying desperately to sleep :P) and his coat, which was always extra-soft, is, quite surprisingly, even more so. Although it's much more expensive, he eats less of it thanks to the fact that Halo contains less fillers. That also means less work in the litter box for me (hooray!). All things considered, it's still about one and a half times the price of the cheaper food, but my cat seems to love it and now that I'm long out of college, I can splurge a little bit on my best furry friend.
