If you don't have the money to do this...have your friends hold a car wash to reaise money for you! This is the secret to smooth, beautiful, not wrinkly, blotchy, brown spotty skin...this laser...THE FRAXEL Laser took 10 years off my face...seriously when you see some of the people you know and they look great and well...you look a little old...this is what they are doing and you aren't. If you care how you look and don't want to look old and weathered and like you expired years ago...take your hopefully firm buns and high tail it to Arizona Advanced Dermatology and turn the clock back a few years!

My son had an unusual mole that another dermatologist and our primary were unsure about and kept having us wait and watch! I'm glad we trusted our instincts and took him for a third opinion with Dr. Halmi...he recognized the mole to be melanoma and was able to fully cut it out before it became too serious! I owe Arizona Advanced Dermatology our life and well being!!!

I had an appointment which was canceled because the laser was down. I rescheduled for the next day in a location on the other side of town. The doctor took a look at me and without explaining anything said he wasn't going to use the laser. He then put on some, what I think was nitrous oxide. After that he sent me on my way. Good thing I managed to be in and out in around 15 minutes. It's depressing to see that both of their establishments are based off the same principle. If the first doctor would have taken 2 minutes to review me then I wouldn't have had to take an extra 2 hours off work to drive to an appointment. It just seems that there is no consideration for the patient in this place. I understand they are busy. We are all busy in this economy. Thank Arizona Advanced Dermatology for making me feel like one more number! I'll NEVER go back there!

I grew up going to the beach...and my skin shows it :( I had brown spots, wrinkles and just looked a bit older than I wanted to...I saw Terra Hitchcock on Channel 3 with Dr. Halmi demonstrating the new Fraxel Laser and made an appointment for a consultation...that was my best decision ever! Dr. Halmi and the Fraxel Laser took 10 years off my face. I look rejuvenated with no down time. The look is subtle, it's not like the overdone plastic surgery you see...it's just natural and beautiful...Thank you Dr. Halmi and Staff

Words cannot express the gratitude that I have for Dr. Halmi. I was referred to Dr. Halmi through my OB/GYN as I am pregnant. My OB had my anxiety so high stating that this was most likely a pregnancy induced rash which could be serious. Being a first time mother I was panicked! I called Dr. Halmi's office and explained my situation. The scheduler was so compassionate and clearly understood my concern. She put me on hold and came back to say, "can you be here by 4pm?" She explained Dr. Halmi was going to squeeze me in as they understood I was under tremendous stress worrying about this rash. I arrived at their office and was treated so well by everyone I came in contact with. Even through they squeezed me in, I never once felt as though I was being rushed. Dr. Halmi came in and examined my "rash" thoroughly. Thankfully, it was just pregnancy induced acne!!! Dr. Halmi educated me on what I could use and what I needed to stay away from. He spent a lot of time with me answeri... Read more

Dr. Halmi was so professional and compassionate. My newborn had a hemangioma and we are on Access which his office doesn't take. I called and spoke with his schedulers and they had us come in the next day! Dr. Halmi treated my newborn free of charge!!! He was able to completely remove the hemangioma off of my sons eye lid and now my son is a healthy, happy baby free of this danger that might have grown into something risky and life altering!!!

Dr. Halmi was 75 minutes late for my appointment. He comes into the room saying "I was on time 48 minutes ago" No apology for my hour of waiting. Next, he hurries me through the steps to my procedure, saying " sign your life away, and lets zap you" . I wanted to see where I would get "zapped" and wanted to make sure he knew, he told me to tell the nurse prior, but I wanted to make sure HE knew, because HE was doing the procedure, so I asked him. He rolled his eyes as he is walking to get the mirror, so I can show him. He made me feel that for my $300 bill, and his 2 minutes worth of attention, I was a complete burden on his day. I felt like less than a number. I left the office in tears. This small man feels like he has some sense of entitlement because he has a "Dr." in front of his name. He is just a nobody, and will lose patient after patient because of the way they are treated. My advise, check out your doctor before you pay, this one wasn't worth the time, but it was wort... Dr. Halmi wasn't bad - but he wasn't good either. I got his name off of the Phoenix Top Docs List - thinking how could I go wrong. I went to him as a new patient and found him to be very impersonal and not thorough. He asked me a couple of questions, gave me some prescriptions, and then told me to make another appt. in 3 months, and I was out the door in 5 minutes. I have since found another dermatologist who is amazing and much more personable.
