Mon Dec 27 2010Very rude customer service. Owner/manager was extremely pushy and rude the day I bought a Leatherman tool for a Xmas present. Then when I got back to TX, I discovered it was broken in the packaging. The same owner/manager would not return the tool and rudely hung up the phone. Stay away, very poor customer service.
