Michael Christy has a kiosk stand at Lackland Air Force Base. On May 29, 2010, I asked him to make me a sterling bracelet. I paid $35 for it. He told me it would take a 1/2 an hour. So I came back to see if it was ready and he tells me it would be another hour. At that point, I couldn't wait any longer because I had a flight to catch. So he said he would be able to have it shipped to my home for an additional $4 shipping, which I did. It is now June 30th and I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY BRACELET! I had spoken to him over the phone on June 7th and he claimed he was going thru a moving process, but that he would be shipping it in a couple of days. On June 16th, still nothing, so I attempted to call and got his voicemail and left a message. On June 22nd, I sent him an email, and still nothing. on June 28th. called again and still no answer, so left another voicemail. It has been a whole month and I haven't received my bracelet.
