Thu Jul 09 2009My partner and I had a hard time deciding on a donor until we found Growing Generations and Fertility Cryobank. Being able to see recent photos and a video made the selection process much less mysterious. They do have a smaller pool of donors to choose from but the $25 fee to view all of the donor profiles isn't bad at all considering we paid $50+ to see 1 full donor profile at other banks!

Fri Nov 21 2008It's unfortunate to have to submit this comment, but after a year working with Growing Generations, I would caution anyone against working with them. While their sales pitch will have you think you're getting the gold standard, what you end up with is FAR from it. We have been through no fewer than six case managers (to be honest, I lost count) during our process. I suspect they have good people who are simply given too many cases (that's probably why they all leave so fast). What's worse, they are constantly making mistakes that have cost us valuable time and increased our stress. Rather than help us through the surrogacy process, they have been a constant road block and source of frustration. Unfortunately, we know others that have experienced the same. Perhaps they will clean up their act someday, but right now their case management system is severely broken.

Wed Apr 30 2008Growing Generations, they are also known as Fertility Futures (FFI), is the worst company I have ever worked with as a donor. I had been a donor for FFI for about 5 years. After my last donation, a former employee of FFI that I had become close with told me all of the bad things that the employees of that company has been saying about me and other donors. They are fake and do not give a hoot about anyone. All they really care about is making money. Beware!
