Thu Nov 12 2009I have owned this product for approximately one year and I am very satisfied. This is actually my second one as the first one slipped off of my belt and it was run over by the golf cart behind me. This is a rugged unit and will take drops and a certain amount of abuse, but it won't handle being run over. If you are looking for a unit that keeps track of your scores and other statistics, this is not for you. It will automatically find the course you are at and will tell you yardage to the hole. It will also measure that long drive that you hit with your driver. It is quite accurate and you will find that it is hard to play without it once you get used to it. Golflogix does constant course updates and will notify you of this. I have never found a course that is not available on this unit. The $30.00 annual fee is also the least expensive of the various manufactures. There tech support is easy to work with as I did find an error on one course. I called them and a change was... Mon Nov 02 2009Aside from a little difficulty attaching the cable to the GPS to register the product, I have nothing but good things to say about the GolfLogix GPS. I have used it four times with no problems.

Thu Oct 29 2009I spent considerable time reviewing all the available GPS units out on the market. Granted, the old saying that you get what you pay for, applies here also. The devices in the $4-500 dollar range were full of extras but I was looking for something that would fit my budget and suit my needs. Without question, the Golflogix does just that. One of the big factors in my decision to buy this unit was my far sightedness. I just didn't want to wear my glasses to read the numbers that were very small on a number of the other devices. Golflogix's big number display is perfect. No glasses needed as the numbers are large enough to read without problem. I have used it on about 8 courses so far and the yardage is right on compared to the courses that have cart GPS. It's simple and gives you the yardage to the hazards and to the green without doing anything, gives me more time to try to hit the ball straight! The only complaint I have so far is the belt clip broke after just two rounds. ... Read more

Thu Oct 22 2009I'm very happy so far with my new gps by Golflogixs. It's easy to use and was way more affordable than a skycaddie. Take's 2 AA batteries and you can golf several rounds before replacing them. Just keep a spare set in your bag and their easy to replace right on the course! It's not fancy like the skycaddie, but everyone I know that has the skycaddie doesn't even use all of its features because it's too complicated to learn how, especially during a round of golf when you want to keep play moving. My golflogixs is always within one to two yards of the skycaddie readings, too.

Sat Oct 17 2009The Golf Logix GPS is a great product to help lower your score by giving you accurate yardage from your last drive or fairway shot. Additionally, yardage to hazards and greens even if your one fairway away like my golf partner. It is more reasonably priced through AMAZON than other GPS systems available on the market. The great part is you can download 20 courses throughout the world not just the ten from other GPS companies that charge a yearly membership of $39.95. Golf Logix only charges the low yearly membership fee of $29.95. JT Fischer Springfield, IL
