THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROUGH ON THE PHONE..WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING A NUMBER LISTED IF NOBODY CAN EVER GET AHOLD OF YOU!! I WAS CALLING FOR PRICING AND THEY LOST ME CUZ THERES NO WAY I WILL GO TO THE STORE IF I CANT EVEN GET THROUGH. I HOPE THIS PLACE GOES OUT OF BUSINESS..

This is a complete and total scam!!!! I went in on the 16th of october to have my phone flashed over was told it would take about an hour, i returned in a hr and there system had shut down so they told me to come back in 2hrs returned got phone they gave me a 800 number to call wich did not work!!! then my phone did not work i have tried calling both locations, no answer at either store for almost 2 weeks now... I have gone by the shop on San Mateo and the doors where locked and noone in store both times i have been there.. I paid 40.00 for this to be done and now just to let everyone know I am going to start a Law suit against this stupid company... They are a very non customer service store.. Full of lies and decite!!!! DO NOT TRUST these people... THEY are Truely HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE,

Horrible service, I watched the employee quite literally lie through his teeth, not only to me, but to three other "customers" as well. This is not a legitimate business, I can not even begin to fathom the reason as to why they have not been completely shut down. when I say horrible, I truely mean HORRIBLE.
