I bought a mattress labeled "Pacifica" manufactured by Golden Mattress in September 2005. It is the best mattress in my house and by far the most comfortable. It is a full size that is in my son's room and still has no dips. Far better than I can say for the Serta Perfect Sleep Mattress in my bedroom (that I paid twice as much for - as the store no longer carried the Pacifica mattress). The Serta (purchased Fall 2007) already sags and Golden Mattress' Pacifica is still in the same shape that it was (and my son weighs almost the same as me). I could not find the Pacifica on the website, so it has likely been renamed. I would certainly buy another Golden Mattress if I can find a dealer in my area.

My wife and I bought a matress at Golden Matress 2 years ago and withing months it began sinking in the middle. The worst part was that we had them create it extra firm and after 1 year I began having major back issues and bulging disks. In fact it has gotten so bad that I am getting ready to ahve back surgery. Now 2 years later we wanted to take them up on the "Lifetime Warranty" and can't even get a call back. In fact I don't even want one. I would rather spend my Christmas money on a new matress and finally get a good nights rest. I am so disappointed in the service and quality of product. Don not get taken in by the idea of a quality cheap mattress because apparently it does not exist at least not at Golden Mattress.

I have always had back problems. I have never been able to find a mattress that would hold up very long. After reading the disgruntled responses to Golden Mattress, I felt I had to tell you my experience. My husband weighs about 250 pounds and my mattress is three years old and I do not evern have a body impression in it. A lot of my friends have purchased them at my urging and ALL of them are very satisfied also. Unless you want to pay hundreds more for a name, Golden is what you should purchase.

I have owned my Millinium mattress for 3 years now....they mattress dips in the middle and me and my husband both have been having back problems (mine is actually a bulging disc). We have been in contact with the company but they just keep giving us the run around...we are about ready to take them to small claims court to get a new mattress.

I bought a 'Loft Impressions" mattress made by Golden Mattress Co. almost 5 years ago and the mattress has lost all it's support. I have had all sorts of back pain starting in the past year. I have good posture at work and the doctor says there is nothing wrong with my back. I flip the mattress every 6-8 months or so and I still wake up some mornings with an achy back. My advise is to NOT buy a mattress made by this company unless you only plan on using it in a guest bedroom, as it has no longevity - it is made to sell and certainly not to use. I have one in a guest bedroom and people only sleep in it about 6 times a month at most and it has been good for that because it is cheap to buy and appropriate for a bed that will hardly get used. You get what you pay for. Now I know why people pay so much for a good mattress. It hurts your pocket book to buy it, but it's better than your back and neck hurting.

I purchased a Golden Mattress Co. pillow top mattress from Bargain Town in Garland in October of 2006 because it was inexpensive and it had a 21 year warranty. After about 5 months of owning it my husband started having serious back problems and starting going to the doctors and specialist but they could find anything wrong. My husband eventually started sleeping on the couch. Now i have started having back and shoulder problems and my doctor advised me that it has to be the mattress. Also, the material on the mattress is starting to seperate and you can see the cheap yellow foam padding that they use for their pillow top mattresses. I went to Bargain Town to try to get a refund, per the manufacturer's warranty card, and they refuse to take it back. They said that I have to contact Golden Mattress. I have called the comapny and I have to complete a form and mail it back to them then just wait for them to decide what they are going to do. In the mean time, neither my husband or myself ...
