I have a phone with verizon under the contract, they help me pay the cancellation fee and switch me over tmobile. No where else can do this. If you had a problem about the phone just stop by and have a talk with them, they would help you out.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE! Just Run AWAY!!! This place told me to get totally New Accts. to receive new phones, But one of my 4 phone on my family plan I knew was definitely not expired yet. They said that if I sign up we would get money to pay for the Early Termination fee. And Trang said she will call Cingular to handle the cancellation, find us the cancellation fee, & make sure no other phone had a cancellation fee. So like a dumb @ss I did it. BUT the One smart move I did was check afterward with Cingular about the accounts. What I found out was more than 1 account had a early cancellation fee. We called Trang (the pregnant women) her explanation for NOT Informing/Lying to Us was "Don't worry, just get the lower plan for the phones & pay 2 accounts." They Assured us that we only had to pay for 1 deactivation, NOT 2 or that we would be stuck with multiple phone bills for MONTHS! NOT Only that, one of the phones was USED & and the other didn't work properly. WAIT! But that's not ALL, ... Read more

My story is similar to many of the guys mentioned below. I already have wireless phone and wanted to upgrade. First, I went to the store and asked what kind of phone I can get. The guy told me that I can get a Samsung phone for $49.99 only if I open a new account and terminate the current one. (This is confirmed to be a lie after talking with the phone carrier's customer service.) I didn't want to pay for $49.99. So he went to check something and told me that it is free after main-in-rebate. (This is similar to the guy's review post below. I wonder if they intended to get $49.99 mail in rebate for themself.) So I agree to sign the new contract with the store with activation fee. However, the carrier's customer service personal told me that I can get exactly the same phone free without activation fee even I don't open the new account, since I am already a customer for 2 years. Knowing that, I went back to the store and told the store what the customer service personal told me... Read more

This company ripped me off and lies. I specifically said i wanted a 700 minute plan with no extra things like mediaNet etc. It turns out they opened 2 550 minute plan accounts and added things like medianet text messaging and extra charges i don't even know applies to. We called the company to get the problem fixed but they made the problem worst. They made four accounts which made the charges almost twice as worst. They told us to not call AT&T and talk to them if we had any problems. Of course we called AT&T and eventually they finally fixed all our problems. Family plan 4 lines 700 minutes. Another lame thing is that they lied and charge an activation fee right at the counter (we paid in cash so can't do anything about it) when AT&T was supposed to do that.

The Global Air Comm (GAC) store is a DISHONEST, UNTRUSTWORTHY and a BIG FAT LIAR all the times. I heard the advertisement 2 yrs ago about the store and it sounded so "good" so my family went there to give them a try. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disaster. It was our first time to open a family plan from AT&T so we didn't know which phone is subjected to be free and we had no idea which phone is a good one. The STORE used our name (UNAUTHORIZED) to order 3 expensive phones behind our back and they sell them to other people while giving us 3 cheaper phones with bad reception. They lied to us that those are the good phones and claimed they've given us a good deal we "only" have to pay $36 for each phone though the phones are actually supposed to be FREE. They also talked us into buying insurance for the 3 cheap phones that we received. In fact, behind our back they called AT&T using our name and our insurance to claim that they lost 6 different expensive phones so they could get t... Read more

wow my mom and i just went to this place a couple of days ago and it was horrible the guy there tried to get extra money by making us overpay i wanted to get the lg shine which was the final price of 49.99 after the mail in rebate but the guy first said that it was 200 something and he said that i only had to pay 120 something! no joke. then i told him ''no, thats not true after the mail in rebate its only 49.99'' so then he checked the price listing and after a while looking at it he said ookay its 49.99 after the mail in rebate'' then my mom had to pick out phones for my brother , herself , and my dad first he said in the beginning that my mom would get three of the motorola v3 for free the old motorola that came out i think about two or three years ago then a little while after that he said that my mom would get two motorolas for fifty dollars each so she could get one for free !!!!!!!!! These people are liars from top to bottom. They just want sales commission and hell with the customer. You can get bad credit, pay two phone bills, activation fees, etc. Be careful about signing the contract because they dont even explain it and it's non refundable. And dont trust them, verify evyerthing. If they tell u something, make sure you get 2nd opionion at a different store. My advice to you is to go to the store directly like verizon, tmobile, etc. You may think you are paying a lot but you save your well-earned money and time. You dont have to deal with liars and overpayment.
