I have to be honest. I kind of feel lame with this razor that is shaped like a woman's body in my shower. Other than that, I don't feel the razor has any great benefits that warrant it's price. It certainly isn't any more ergonomic than any razor for men so I don't see how it is specially made for women.

I've been using the Venus Divine faithfully for around 3 years now, and I am very pleased. I used to get razor burn every single time I shaved anywhere on my body, but the Divine just gets rid of the hair, and leaves my skin smooth rather than burning. The cartridges are pricey, but I only need to buy 4 cartridges a year. The disposables work really great too.

I think this razor has a really cool design, but when I tried it out it did not give me a very close shave. It was too gentle, and I find that disposable razors do just as good a job or even better. A tip for all you ladies who tend to get cut easily: use some kind og exfoliating scrub on your legs before you shave. That will make the shave closer for any razor.

I love Gillette's Venus. I've been using it faithfully for several years. Recently I've switched to the Divine which works just as great.

My favorite razor, I never get razor burn like I used to, and rarely get nicks. Plus you can get the blades on Ebay fairly inexpensively.

This is the best razor EVER. I used to get constant razor burn, and once I got burnt with wax so I don't like that method either. I had decided to live with hairy legs until this product came along. I wouldn't trade it for anything. A bit pricey yes. BUT creams, foams and wax are expensive too. This is gentle and gets the job done. And I no longer have nicks and cuts on my smoooooooooooth legs.

This razor dosn't work any better than a disposible. I thought it ws too expensive to buy the refills when i could buy a bag of 10 disposables that work jus as good if not better!

I usually have a big problem with razor burn, but not with the Gillette Venus. Every time I use it my legs are so smooth. It has never given me razor burn. I use it with Gillete Satin Care shave gel...this makes for a great shave.

It's one of the best out there. I even tried do it yourself waxing and nothing works best like when I'm using Gillette Venus and Jergen's Naturaly Smooth lotion. :)

i don't understand how this razor can be getting such low ratings! i've had mine for about a year, and i would never switch back to disposables. when i first started using it, it felt too flimsy, as if i had to press down hard to remove all the hair. turns out its just a very gentle razor compared to the disposables i was using before. my reasoning behind the 5 stars (besides the fact that its a great razor) is that i have NEVER cut myself while shaving with it. (knock on wood.) if you've tried it and it isn't working out for you, try it with shaving cream.

Not as great as people make it out to be. The three blades made it a little irritating for my skin, and it is waaaay too expensive.

I thought this was supposed to work wonders for a good smooth shave. It doesn't take the hair off for any longer than the day i used it. and it gives me major razor burn!

It looks really flimsy, and I hate the colours they have on it. It looks like a half step up from a disposable razor. No thanks!
