Sat Oct 01 2005After returning from living four years in Japan, I was a "sushi snob," vowing never to touch "supermarket sushi"--I'm glad I found Genji Sushi Express, now at almost every Whole Foods Market on the Eastern Seaboard! Recommend microwaving non-raw items (sushi isn't just raw fish anymore!) so that the rice gets the warmth it needs to taste as if it just fell off the boat at Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo.
