David is awesome. Took a look at my computer and diagnosed it free of charge. Recommended that I buy a new laptop instead of fixing it because it wouldn't be worth the investment and there's no guarantee how long the problem would stay fixed (GPU problem). So definitely doesn't try to scam you of your money. He even helped me find the part I need online if I did decide to fix it. Transparent costs. If I buy the part, he'll do the work and I just pay him for labor! How awesome is that?!
