Fri Jun 24 2011Garry Vacuum is a ripoff - it quit working after a year and half - got loud and noisy - they charged my credit card $50 to send a replacement that I've never received. I've called several times - they always supposedly sent another replacement (3 times) - I've never received any of them. They provided an USPS tracking # and order confirmation - the tracking # showed no record when I tried to track with it. Customer service is located in Asia and they tell you that they can't track anything from that location. They tell you if you don't return the broken vac within 30 days they will charge you for the vacuum. BEWARE of this company! They're crooks!

Sat Oct 02 2010What a ripoff. Have had this for 4 months. All of the sudden it gets loud and will not suck up anthing. Called customer service and was hung up on 3 times. After speaking to 3 people who could not understand the english language I called again. This one could only speak half english. He muttered somthing about I did not send my registration in and I know I did. I,m not 17 years old. Then he muttered somthing about costing over a $100 to have a replacement. I,m going to send every review I can to every site I can find. This is so bad I cant believe it. Worst service and product ever. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. Thu Feb 18 2010We purchased a Garry vacuum three months ago, and after waiting one month for delivery found it was only sent with one bag (another four weeks to receive them). At first, it appeared to do a satisfactory job, but not as portrayed. Last week, during a normal sweep of the rug and tile floor, a large sound was heard, and the engine stopped working. Large and small pieces of white plastic began to fall out of the machine. We called customer service several times, and had a “manager” ask if we had white pieces of plastic fall out of the machine! A coincidence? I don’t think so! Since then, no one at Garry is interested in returning our calls. After researching on the internet (I wish I had done this first!) we find we are not the only ones who have had this problem. No wonder they only provide a replacement – junk for junk!
