Not a huge favorite, but my all time playlist does include "Shimmer", which I might actually try at the Karaoke bar since its in my range.

Another great rock band. And the first complete song I ever learned on guitar was "Innocent". Then I went on to learn many more of their songs. So, this band's music is also very sentimental to me.

There must be something in the water to get these people to praise such a substandard, dreadful, cliched band. Fuel is just a terrible, terrible, band. They had to move to Haarrisburg PA to get away from the rednecks who would have kicked their buts if they stuck around longer. The musical tastes of PA residents with the exception of yours truly is highly laughable.

Fuel is the best band out there. Their music is GREAT! Their stage presence is AMAZING! I have never heard a band that is as passionate about what they do and the music they write, then FUEL. Their music is so powerful and it really inspires a lot of people. I have all of their cd's and I love all of them--there is not one one bad song on any of them, I have seen them in concert twice, and I have met them once. They are the nicest group of guys and they are all so amazing! I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Personally, I like them. I have none of their CDs, but out of all of their singles I've heard, I've liked all of them.

Okay, this is where my girlie instincts kick in. Sorry everyone out there. I know this is wrong but I can't help it. The drummer in this band absolutely flips my lid. The only time I really notice this band is if I'm watching music videos or something. And then I'm watching the drummer (Kevin Miller) so it takes my mind completely off Fuel's music. The only time I actually HEAR them is if they come on the radio. I like a couple of their songs, I just think their drummer has an influence on me. Kevin Miller=5, Fuel=3. Sorry again everyone!

THe new album continues to climb the charts and a single they released in Sept 2003 is making a second appearance on the charts. This is an example of why Fuel is truly talented. Their music is flawless and Brett Scallions could make bad music sound perfect! Everyone should check this band out!

They're OK. I don't find their music to be particularly inspired, but there are plenty of bands on the radio that are much worse.

Gimme a freakin break, whiniest band ever.

Not as bad as rap of course, but their music is just kinda boring and monotonous.

They're OK...a few good songs like "Shimmer." Overall they're just kinda generic pop-rock but I've heard much worse.

Fuel ROCKS IT HARD! Brett sings like an angel! Carl & Brett both write amazing somgs! And Brett, Carl, Kevin, and Jeff all play so well plus they love their fans soooooo much! They are an AWESOME and I mean AWESOME live band! I've seen them once. All their cds (Fuel, Hazelton, Porcelain, Sunburn, Something Like Human) are great! There's never a dull moment with Fuel! If they ever break up, I fear I might have to kill myself :D ! Fuel is the number one band of all time!

fuel is so unbelievable wonderful! carl bell writes beautiful lyrics fpr which brett scallions sings powerfully. kevin miller gives the songs a good bang as jeff abercrombie tops it off with great rhythm. overall, fuel songs and the band is the best thing alive in music!

THEY ROCK!!!!!!

Carl Bell writes very melodic music which is a welcome break for me from the talentless droning rock that is so superfluous in the music industry today. All of their songs, from the original tape "fuel" to the latest album "something like human" are full of emotion and real life experiances which i can stronly relate to. Brett Scallions has a truely amazing voice and is very strong with guitar. The band puts everything into performances, the result being one of the best life gigs about and a truely amazing experiance. High octaine uplifting inspirational rock, i love them.

fuel rock!!! they are one of the best rock groups out there today, especially because they are doing their own thing not trying to be a crappy re-hash of nirvana or pearl jam. they have an amzing sound, great guitar, awesome druma nd bass beats and brett scallions as lead singer brings them together with his strong, powerful emotive rock voice. p.s 41dmd YOU piss ME off! fuel kick rock ass and you know it!

The lyrics..the music..the vocals..the way the band treats the fans..it all makes Fuel the best band out there today.

They do have some solid rock songs and a good live show, but some of the attempts at ballads seem empty (i.e. Bad Day). They should attempt to write songs together instead of Carl Bell providing all the riffs. It would open up their music to more diverse sounds. As a rock star and frontman, Brett Scallions does the whole thing well. The attitude, look and stage presence he provides is welcomed by the crowd.

They are a great band. Great sound, Great Lyrics, Very Talented, and Incredible Live. Anything Less than 5 Stars wouldnt make sense.

Fuel is the Best Band Alive Next To Love Over Gravity. And I have the Fuel Tattoo To Prove it, These Guys have heart and Soul and they are using it to make their dreams come true. Plus they love their Fans. To many people nowa days want to listen to that Rap Crap and we don't Get to hear the Groups that Truely Count. I am a Hardy, I love Godsmack, Disturbed And all the Bands like then, I am sorry But Fuel Rocks and they have Talent to make them Huge. Its a shame our society is Stuck in Hiphop.. That sucks. Rock On Fuel !! Rock On!

Fuel is an absolutely amazing band! They are my inspiration and reason for being! Everyone who thinks Fuel sucks should listen to their album, because most of their stuff doesn't sound like Shimmer or Hemorrhage. They simply rock and that's all there is to it. Brett Scallions has the best voice I've ever heard and Carl Bell is a genius!!! *Fuel4EVER*

Fuel is one of the best bands out there. I have seen them 6 times and everytime I am in awe of how great they are. They are so good to their fans and when time permits, they try to spend as much time as they can with them. Their live show is truely an experience. They sound fantastic live and on stage is where they feel most at home. Carl Bell's songwriting ability, exceeds most songwriters out there. Then add Carl's guitar playing along with Kevin Miller on drums, Jeff Abercrombie's bass and Brett Scallions guitar playing and his stong powerful vocals, then you have one of the best rock band out there!!!!!! Like my comment on Ricky Martin, entirely too new to be this high on this list! Good band, but will they still be around in 5 years? They should do a comtemporary rock/pop and a classic rock/pop for situations like this.

Fuel is awesome! Brett Scallions has one of the best voices I have heard in ages! Their songs have meaningful lyrics and they have a good sound. Personally I love the songs Ozone, Sunburn, Shimmer, Down and Innocent. I hope we can get some more Fuel exposure in Australia since the last clip released here was Shimmer 3 years ago. Fuel rock and I hope they stay together for a very long time.

Fuel, is a really good band and brett has good a really awesome voice ! Last Time and bad day are one of my favourites. Hope to see them play in the near by future. Come to Holland guys !

FEUL PIZZA?

From what I've heard of these guys they are great. They've got some great songs and they have the ability to make their songs sound good but still make each song sound unique. My favourite song that I've heard of theirs is "Shimmer", it's a really nice song and you should definitel have a listen to some of their stuff.

The unmistakable croon of frontman Brett Scallions provides a formidable challange to the current craze of "rock/rap" and brings rock back to the snarling, gutteral, and fundamental edge that made it rock in the first place. This band of southerners also show their sensitive side in songs such as Shimmer and Bittersweet without getting sappy. A treat for both the chick and dude alike.

it think fuel is an awesome rock band and they deserve to be ahead of most of these bands
