Fruits are popular foods for health freaks, and or dieters. As for me it only makes up part of my breakfast at times.

Breakfast is not a fruit time of the day for me, although I like a banana now and then. Occasionally in a burst of health consciousness I'll make a fruit bowl, but the day never seems to go right when I do that.

This is my favorite breakfast.  Actually I love fruit smoothies with protein powder.  I have it every morning.

Especially in a fruit salad with big chunks of pineapple, cantelope, honeydew, banana, and purple grapes - slightly seasoned with cardomon and cinnamon.

I put fruit in my cereal. As far as by itself, it's okay from time to time. No grapefruit, though.

I hate eating fruit... it's what I eat when I'm dieting. Normally if I'm eating whatever the hell I want you won't catch me near a piece of fruit.

Began this ritual in January to combat the tiredness of getting up at 4:30 to write. needed an extra sugar boost. adding a banana or an orange or a fruit cup to my breakfast, and cutting down on buttered toast has helped me tremendously. so much so that i've been adhering to the 9 servings of fruits and veggies per day since then.

Fruit is delicious and nutritious.High in fiber and usually a good source of vitamin C.Be sure to wash it well,as the pesticides sprayed on lots of fruit are quite noxious. If it's available and you can afford it:always go for ORGANIC fruits ar at least ones grown locally-(they're FRESHER)& your local farmers will love you for the support!

I love fruit for breakfast, but I almost always have it with some protein source like eggs, cottage cheese, or yogurt so I don't feel starving afterwards. I think everyone should have some form of fruit for breakfast to count for their 5-or-more-a-day of fruits and veggies.

i love fruit sometimes for breakfast i will make my self a homemade smoothie. It is a very good treat its very healthy. If you want the directions I will give them to you. 1 bananna, 1 orange, ice cubes. first you slice the bananna into a few individual peices, you also cut the orange into 4 quarters ( but make sure you take all the seeds out). You put the fruit in the blender. Then you add ice as much ice as you desire I usually go with7 or 7 or 8. Then you blend it, Its not done untill it starts making a liquid form, I you desire add sugar then blend some more. The pour it into a glass and you have a tasty yet healthy snack.

Always goes good with your cereal and/or PB & J (or whatever you people eat for breakfast). Personally I tend to eat a banana or grapefruit with my usual breakfast, but just about any fruit will do I suppose.

For people like me who can't stomach much in the morning, fruit is a sweet and nutritious way to get something in your stomach. Fruit are fat free, low in calories, and full of fiber and complex carbohydrates to fill you up, not in. However, because of the sugar (even naturally occurring sugar ends up having the same effect on your body as added sugar) and lack of protein, you're likely to feel hunger pangs soon afterward.

A grapefruit or a nice fruit salad is a nice quick breakfast or a nice addition to any breakfast. Healthy, juicy and sweet.
