Cad and his crew replaced a completely plugged clay pipe drain system. There was a lot of digging and plants to work around. Pipe has been replaced, down spouts are draining and garge is dry once again. Thanks for doing a great job, Wayne and Leslie.

Plumber worked hard and fast to get it right in as little billable time as possible.

The technician that came to our house, Heath, was diligent, worked quickly, and was friendly. Unlike some plumbers I've used in the past, Heath seemed very genuine and easy to trust. He did excellent work too.

Have used Fox about 5 times now for different plumbing issues, they always come right away and fix the problem right the first time.

Adrian arrived on time as promised, quickly diagnosed, and resolved our problem. He seemed very sincere and honest and to the point. Even my dog, who distrusts everyone liked him!

When we had a sewer emergency the technician assessed the problem right away and fixed the problem within the estimated cost and time. It involved digging up the concrete and putting a clean out and snaking out the clogged pipes. He worked efficiently and patiently for the time it took. If we need a truly professional job done, we can count on Fox.

Thank You Thank You Adrian and Marcus!!! What can i say accept you two are the Bomb!!! We had a sewer break under the house. One call to Fox and they responded within an hour!!! Came out the next day as they said they would and gave us an estimate.Came the next day and replaced a 30 foot section of sewer line.Done in a day and a half. This meant taking up boards off the deck and digging out to the fence. When job was completed they even put the boards back on the deck.!!! Very professional and job was done right. Fox also plumbed our second bath last year and threw in a bathtub for us.Wow!! Special shout out to Heath. Again very professional and the job was done in a day and done right. What can i say except don't bother calling around Call Fox!!! Thank you Fox for the everything. We will be calling you soon to replumb the old batheroom.

I bought a new toilet and scheduled an appointment for Fox to come out. Heath came out and informed me that the toilet I bought was the wrong size. He was super helpful and gave me a few options that Fox offered in the size I needed. I ended up buying one online. It was delivered today, I called Fox to schedule an appointment and BOOM they were out within 20 minutes of my call. An hour and a half later I have a brand new thrown! I would highly recommend these guys. They are not only friendly but also very helpful and professional.

I had a competitor come for a quote for a leak in our kitchen pipe. They said this was a very difficult job, and could result in a repair of over $8000. I then called Fox Plumbing. The associate that arrived looked at the leak, said it was a fairly straight forward job, should be OK, and quickly done. He finished in 1 hour, did some extra repairs to our faucet, and was so friendly and humble. I was so thrilled and happy! I will continue to use Fox Plumbing for any future repairs. Thank you!

After the Seattle freeze we had a copper pipe burst. Will from Fox Plumbing came right away and to replace and repair this water pipe. The best part was that the actual cost was much lower than the estimate. Yahoo!

They had wonderful customer service, hard working they cleaned everything up like they where never even there. Did the job in the amount of time they said. No hidden cost. There price was very in the same range as the other bids I received.

During our recent cold snap here in Seattle, I thought we had frozen pipes. I called 3 other local plumbing companies Friday, December 11th. One said they were a 24 hour company and would be out between 9 and 11 p.m. Friday. They later phoned to say they would not be able to come. I did not here back from them Saturday even after calling them again myself Saturday. A friend told me about Fox Plumbing. I called Saturday afternoon around 2:30. Their dispatcher, Savannah called me within 15 minutes stating they would have someone out between 3 and 5 p.m. Saturday. Savannah called again to inform me the plumber was on his way. Will came in. Assesed the problem and we had water flowing in minutes. He also informed me that the underground meter was broken and to notify the water company. The service from Savanna at the office was fast and efficient. Chad did very nice work and took care to make sure everything was perfect before he left. He helped get all of the gas appliances back on line and answered all of my husband's questions.

The faucet was spraying and I didn't think anyone would come immediately...they drove up knew how to turn outside water off, and fixed with parts in truck. They also gave cash discount , and coupons for future work. Thank you

Chad arrived at night within half an hour of being called. We had broken pipes and a flooded room. He worked efficently and quickly, finding several breaks caused from the freeze. He was polite and trustworthy. I would have him back again. I was extreemly thankful and pleased.

Needed to have gas line repositioned to accomodate new gas range. Adrian responded within 1/2 day. Explained options and their cost. Completed agreed upon work quickly. Quite satisfied.

Jesse worked all day on a holiday weekend to resolve my problem, ending up half-buried in a hole in my yard after dark to finish the job.

Easy to schedule an appointment (and not an all day wait at home), with a phone call if they are delayed, and thorough reliable service when they arrive. I've used them several times and not been disappointed.

An early morning leak, a call to Fox, Marcus was here within half an hour. Advised calling the manufacturer as the product was still under warranty. Rightfully appalled at the mess of extraneous piping under the sink and tidied all. He was meticulous in his work, tested everything twice, generous with explanations. Continues the history of their great service to me!

Jesse is the technician who arrived at my house for what I thought was an hour's worth of work. It turns out many pipes and parts in the house and in the crawl space had to be replaced. However, considering this had not been done in 60 years, I think I got lucky. Jesse gave me quotes, hourly updates on the progress, and left a clean environment. Great work; I will definitely use Fox Plumbing & Heating again. Thank you for the great work - and I still came in under my original budget!

Fox was timely in responding to my call, was punctual in arriving at my home. Working in the Commercial Building Industry I am familiar with construction and found the workmanship to be very good and the area surrounding the water heater they provided was left in excellent condition.

Fox plumbing is fabulous. The plumber they sent gave us the detailed step by step of what he was going to have to do and why. He aslo checked over all of our plumbing and gave us some tips on what we could do ourselves. He was extremeley professional, very knowledgable, honest and showed up the exact time he said he would both times! Sure, plumbers are expensive, but it is nice to have someone who knows their stuff and is on your side! That is how I feel about Fox. I wouldn't call anyone else.

clair: I have always used Fox Plumbing & Heating because they stand behind their work. They are happy to help with any plumbing needs and do it right. Mike, at Fox, is especially knowledgeable. I just had them out to do some plumbing and they are just as reliable now as they were 11 years ago. The price was reasonable for everything that was done.

Chad came out early and removed our old one peice shower insert and installed a new cast iron tub. He did everything with a great job, and on the low end of the quote provided. He was nice and friendly and quite professional. I would recomend their service to anyone looking for a quality plumber, we will be using them again.

We had our shared sewer line break earlier in the week. We got Fox's name from a referral from a Realtor friend, and asked them to come out to give us a competitive bid. Ted, who was our initial contact was very friendly and responsive and had a guy out to our house within about three hours. Their bid came in about 75% lower than our original bid AND included putting the front landscaping back together. Mike came out and gave us the bid and then did the work with a gentleman named David. Both did a great job and were amazingly friendly, hard-working and very open to making sure that we were happy with the entire job--including the landscaping. We would recommend them to anyone and use them again in a second. Great work and thank you guys!

Fox plumbing, David Cionzalos, was working at my neighbors house and I desperately needed a plumber to fix my toilet. I stopped by my neighbors and asked David for assistance. Sure enough, he was at my house in a matter of minutes (after he completed his work at my neighbors) and had diagnosed my (long term) problem. He even fixed a cabinet hinge on his way out! Super service and I have now found a plumber that I will not hesitate to hire again.

My experience with Fox Plumbing has been great. Marcus and Adrian did a thorough job fixing the problem and providing great customer service. They called ahead, paid attention to detail and made sure the worksite was clean when they left. I’ll use Fox again without hesitation.

Mike was very helpful, courteous and made sure that when he left, everything worked properly. He was professional, and I have complete confidence that what he fixed will stay fixed. And the response was great! Just in time for my party.

Marcus was VERY professional. Excellent salesman and very knowledgeable. He did not curse and approached the situation that made me feel calm. He went above and beyond the expected service and helped my demo part of a wall to get our water heater in at no extra cost. I did not get this from Beacon, Complete or Paul's plumbing service. Complete plumbing and heating even turned me down for work!!!! I will send everyone I know and myself to Fox plumbing for service in the future. I did not mention that Fox was $300 better than Anyone!

I had a problem with a leaking toilet and some othere related concerns. I called Fox Plumbing and Heating and they were professional from the start. They arranged for someone to be at my house the following morning. Upon arrival, Marcus was professional, listened to my concerns, and then presented me with options. I felt confident in his advice. I appreciate the work he did and his commitment to treat my home as his own. In addition, he walked me through everything he did and provided me with a solid explanation & pictures of his findings. Fox Plumbing and Marcus get my vote! You can be confident in their work!

We called Fox Plumbing after hours when our water heater went out. They called us the next day at 7:30, and were able to send people out soon thereafter. The workman assessed the situation quickly and clearly, and repaired it all sooner then I had expected. I'm a carpenter myself, and I work around plumbers frequently. These guys were efficient and friendly to boot.

Dealt with a nasty clog that was stubborn as all get-out. Marcus did a superb job of trying to snake out the problem before attempting a jet cleaning. What he discovered was a situation that could've gotten worse, more messy and certainly more expensive. The whole time, though, Marcus was curteous, upfront and reassuring. He had to come back a second day, this time with Jesse. Both guys put in a great amount of work, got the drain unclogged and recommended the best course of action to my landlord. Above, beyond and all done with a sense of grace and humor. Definitely went a long way toward making a potentially horrible situation manageable. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Today, David from Fox Plumbing arrived on time to repair several plumbing problems that finally became too much to handle. He immediately offered to put on booties but decided he'd just take off his shoes (as I had) to work around the condo. He answered all my questions politely and completely, explaining what part had deteriorated, how everything worked and what products to use in cleaning them. He replaced several parts of the toilet; tightened the shower head+hand-held attachment. He recaulked the tub surround and gave me tips on getting the best result. He replaced the kitchen faucet and thoroughly tested the water heater which had been short on hot water. He properly labeled the water shut-off valve for future emergency use. He worked very efficiently, and cleaned up every mess he made. I'd recommend David and Fox Plumbing anytime and to anyone for their plumbing needs. David was by far more knowledgeable and efficient than any other plumber I've used in the past.

We ordered a pedestal sink and toilet from Home Depot and called back Fox Plumbing. They helped us with another problem and we were glad to invite them back. The technician repeated what the scheduler said on the phone. Replacing our wall mounted sync with a pedestal will require changing the location of where the water comes in and the drain. He presented us with options and helped us decide that perhaps another wall mounted sink is best. The toilet replacement went well. Adrian was carful, used a drop cloth, boot socks, and cleaned up after himself. He was very knowledgeable and worked efficiency. When it came time for the bill, he explained it with great detail. We have had the pleasant experience of using Fox Plumbing; again. Though the plumbing mishap that happened was not so nice, Keith from Fox made our bad situation much easier to handle because of his professionalism, honesty, personal care, expertise and frugality. What started out as a simple job quickly went awry. We have some very old pipes (need I say more). He took an overwhelming emergency project and trimmed it down to size so that we could handle it and in a very timely manner. Simply amazing! Fox took care of us beyond what any other plumbing outfit has ever attempted to do. I recommend Fox for all of your plumbing needs. I have found cheaper plumbers but their attitudes were terrible and their work left something to be desired. I once had someone come in to look at a drain clog. They were fast and efficient! Our system was clogged and they were there within 1 hour and fixed the problem within the hour. I would recommend their services and we will use them in the future.

Fox Plumbing is once again a great company to call. The technicians are pleasant and knowledgeable, and in this case, Adrian took care of replacing a leaking Hot water dispenser without any wasted time. Plumbing repair is always more expensive than you think it should be. If you accept that premise, then Fox is just fine. I have used the company several times and will continue to do so when the need arises.

I hate to sound like the others, but Mike and Tony and Scott ( in training) were sent to my house in Kent because the very old sewer line was backing up. These concrete lines were installed in the early 1930's and really should all be replaced in the next few years. The place this one backed up was in my neighbor's driveway. This 180 foot long side sewer was put in many years before his house was built so it goes under his drive and yard to get to the street about 75 vertical feet below us. Mike and Tony found a clean out and ran the video camera down to the break in the line. They then put a "blaster" in and it made its way through the mess and flushed it all down (including some roots) into the city's main line. They came back the next day and cut through the neighbor's driveway to the break and repaired it.
