Just a scam artist from the get go.Stuart or Charlie or whatever hes calling himself just goes around preying on the helpless people who he can swindle signing a contract and then not even coming close to fulfilling his end.His wife Karen Ingalls is also involved in this scheme and Riteway Waterproofing and Basement wholesalers and Wholsale Waterproofers and this week probably another name. Please notify the Ohio Attorney Generals Office and The BBB of Cleveland And also the city you live in has a business review office .Please if you value your home and famalies safety do not use these companies run in Newbury Ohio

I signed a contract for a project but canceled within 3 business days in writing as required by law. I have been calling since November, 2009 to get my deposit refund. I have been given fake names of employees. Check out this company name and Michael Lowe and Stuart Lowe out on the Cuyahoga Clerk of Courts and Geauga Clerk of Courts website case dockets before hiring them. They have multiple law suits against them. Also look under Basement Wholesalers, Inc.; Wholesale Waterproofers, they just change the name of their company and skip out on their bills. Read the dockets. They don't acknowledge certified letters, don't show up for cases. It's a mess. Now add my case to their multitude of law suits.

They were very responsive, proffesional, and polite. I contacted them after a friend of mine used them, and had great remarks about them also. I've also had waterproofing done on my old house, which a larger company did O.S.W. and thats why i wasn't looking forward to doing this again because of the headaches they gave me. So I decided not to call them and ask for someone else's advise and im glad I did. F.H.S. was truly a pleasent company to work with. The forman on the job was very knowledgable and informative and I WOULD RECOMMENED TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS THERE HELP!

Thank You to citysearch for providing hard working people with reviews such as these. I recently had a flood in my basement and was ready to call Foundation Home Services, LLC. A friend of mine who lives nearby also had the same problem due to the high amount of rains we received lately, and called Foundation Home Services. He said he's never seen a company so inept at doing repair work in his life. Also, when he questioned them on it, he repeatedly was hung up on and talked to very negatively. this is not the only message board with bad reviews on this company. That being said, I thank you very much for the information provided. I won't be calling them any time soon.

Hired them to waterproof my basement a couple weeks ago and they just finished last week. I just wanted to thank them for the easy experience from start to finish, and for not giving me any kind of run around because i have delt with other contractors who were nightmares to deal with. But trust me you won't be dissapointed with them and the formen i had on the job Jay was extremely polite and informative. Once again thanks for the dry basement

Stuart is a scam artist. Took my check and cashed it when it was supposed to be torn up, and refuses to return my money. $1400!! They never did any work, and we called to cancel 20 minutes after the salesperson left our driveway. Don't use them, they cannot be trusted. I'm not even so sure they are a real company! Got hung up on 5 times by both Stuart and the nasty secretary when I demanded my money back.

I called this contractor after review of their ratings with Service Magic. Found. & Home Services were prompt, easy to deal with, and a customer friendly contractor that I would recommend to friends or anyone in need of their kind of work.
