Jill Rosenfeld was my case worker here and really helped me out. I answered an ad on craigslist, came in on Monday, had two interviews on Tuesday, and was hired as a receptionist by Tuesday afternoon. Really can't say enough good things about this place, they prepped me, edited my resume, boosted my confidence, and made job hunting just a little bit less scary. GO HERE!

Upon arrival, the front desk attendants were extremely helpful with paperwork and questions. I met with Jacquelyn, who immediately made me feel at ease. I appreciated her familiar, yet professional, demeanor. She assured me that she was going to do everything she possibly could for me. I can't tell you how that made me feel. After having contacted several temp agencies (and hearing NOTHING back), it was such a relief to meet with someone so obviously hell-bent on getting me work. She immediately got me two and half weeks of work. As for my experience, I can't praise Forrest Solutions, and Jacquelyn in particular, enough. --Matt

The HR manager I worked closely with said "you have to talk to Jeff Allen" and I am so thankful she said that. When I met with Jeff I felt as if he knew me. I was incredibly gun shy at the time, and had met with countless recruiters who were all incredibly fake. I had enlisted with several major employment agencies while on my job search in NYC. I had a lot of discouraging or less-than-helpful experiences with these agencies (talk about being treated like a nameless piece of meat!) until I went to meet with Jeff at Forrest Solutions. Jeff was the first person I met on my search who genuinely listened to what I was looking for in a job and employer, and delivered job leads only of that nature. Not only was he super pleasant to work with, but he was the only one that worked to connect me to a job where I would be happy long-term rather than one just to make himself a commission. Joanna Ascani - A++++ I applied to an ad and was contacted by Joanna.. With the crazy work schedule that I had, I literally had zero time to make it into the city to meet with her. She came all the way to me and set me up on interviews immediately. I met a lot of the Forrest Solutions crew, and they all seemed great, but Joanna really made me feel like I was her #1 priority and really discussed everything she had for me. She didn't want to just apply me anywhere and have me be unhappy. Also, when I was frazzled for a job interview in the snow, I forgot to bring my resume with me (duh) but she was right there, with my resume in hand, ready for me to go to the interview. In my job search, I contacted many agencies. Many agencies in which lure you in and say how many jobs they have for you and once you take the time out to actually go in to see them they leave you with lots of false hope. I was told not to take temp jobs…my resume and experience is superb and that I should land a job in no time. If I would have waited for those other agencies, I would still be out of a job. That is when I contacted Forrest Solutions. Everyone was so personable and very knowledgable. Especially Jeff Allen. He made sure to inquire as to what I needed in my next career move. He went above and beyond to assure I received what I needed as far as location and most importantly salary/benefits. I moved to New York in early February from Seattle looking for part-time work while I applied to full-time jobs. I called Forrest Solutions on a Monday, went in for an interview with on Tuesday and within 2 days had my first job opportunity. I've been "temping" for about two months now and have had a very pleasant experience. Stacey and the rest of the staff at FS have been professional, friendly, and supportive. There is a continuous stream of job opportunities in many different work sectors so it is nice to be able to pick-and-choose my work-- I've worked for high-end real estate companies, law firms, consulting companies, and health care companies. When I moved to New York three years ago my brother recommended I call Stacey Garacia at Forrest Solutions for some temp assignments. She found me assignments immediately and regularly after that. I LOVE Forrest Solutions in general and JEFF ALLEN in particular! I met Jeff when I was employed at a dead-end job. He helped put me on the right track. He would never let me get upset about my employment situation because he always encouraged me and told me that what a great candidate I am. He put me in touch with industry professionals so that I can learn more about the industry. He also set me up with several different interviews for equally great positions. Shortly after leaving my place of employment, Jeff recommended me as a candidate to a great firm in NYC and after Jeff’s recommendation to the employer, the interview was a cinch!
