Our design consultant (Laura) was very helpful and at no point did I feel like I was being rushed to make a decision. I also never felt like I was being sold something as with other companies I looked at. The installation was quick and mostly painless. As with anything of this nature there were a few issues with the instalation but Floor Coverings International quickly fixed all of them to my satisfaction. My wife and I could not be happier with our new floors!
