I’d like to share the great experience that I had in dealing with Fight Network. When I called for help with my online booking, Lisa, the Travel Sales Consultant in Fight Network answered my phone. Lisa fixed the problem right away. On top of that she even noticed that I booked the other ticket wrong carelessly so she offered her great help to me again and right away she fixed that problem; she cancelled that incorrect booking and booked me the right one. Even though the incorrect booking has confirmed but because of Lisa’s timely help, I did not lose anything! If Lisa had never noticed my careless mistake, it would have cost me hundred dollars! Lisa is so great at her work, very professional, kind-hearted, and pay attention to the details. I recently booked through FlightNetwork for a weekend trip with my mom. I browsed the website which was very user friendly and had a follow-up call with one of their agents Mishma who was amazing! She helped me get booked and also came to the rescue when I forgot to print off the itinerary right away. This is a great company and I would definitely book with them in the future. One of my favorite features was that you could specify time of day for travel.

I am so happy I discovered FlightNetwork by chance when I was seaching for airfares online recently - was able to obtain a much better price than other sites - then after comparing hotel rates with other sites, I was also able to book hotel at half the cost!! Great website and very user friendly..I have been using flight network for all my business and leisure travel, the prices are unbelievable, you really get hooked on to it looking at the deals they have to offer. I recently booked a trip to Paris and found the whole booking process easy and the prices the best out there when I compared. I also really liked the refresh feature when I timed out once during my booking. Most sites kick you right back to the start which is a pain, but Flight Network's just gave me the option to refresh and confirm most up to date pricing on my current search. We've purchased flight tickets numerous times from Flight Network and in the three instances where circumstances changed for us--ash cloud, illness of elderly parents, canceled business meetings--the service we received from the agents at Flight Network was outstanding. I doubt whether we've received better service from a travel agent even in person! We buy as many flights as possible through Flight Network and will continue to do so. I have used Flight Network for each of my last three vacations. I had such a good experience when booking my flight the first time that i revisited Flight Network two more times to see if it could become my single source for vacation planning going forward. Oustanding customer support and a website easy to navigate, even for those not so savy and experienced travellers. Julie took the time to listen and used her experience to recommend the perfect resort. Further to this, she consulted and booked over 30 of our family and guests. The end result was the best wedding we could have imagined. To say we are pleased is an understatement. Every time I go to book a flight I look all around the web for great deals but always arrive at the same place in the end...Flight Network. In my opinion it can't be beat!

There's always a bit of trepidation when booking travel with an unfamiliar site. Especially these days, when it's easy to book directly with any provider. But after my experience dealing with Flight Network, I can honestly say they will be my booking agent of choice from now on. Though you can just book online, the same as any other site, there are some differences! 1) The prices on Flight Network are probably going to be cheaper. I don't know how, but their prices are often lower than anywhere else 2) Amazing live agents. Whether you book online and then need to call in later about your booking, or you do your booking entirely through a phone agent, you will be dealing with friendly and professional people. I really got the feeling they wanted to ensure my complete satisfaction, not just get through the transaction. absolutely outstanding service. Miranda K took care of some issues I had and needed to change my tickets midway through my trip. Very easy with Miranda and the people at FlightNetwork. Miranda even emailed me afterwards to make sure the changes were in place. Pretty rare these days for someone on the other end of a telephone or computer to provide such care and service. I am a new user of Flight Network but 100% SOLD on their: *** ease of use to book my flights *** promptness of confirmation / eticket *** excellent customer service if you call them or if you email them... they actually reply!!! :-) *** i booked a flight on the phone ... and then saw a promo code I could have used to save money, when I emailed and inquired if I could have that discount (a day later) .. they emailed me back and said OF COURSE!! What service!!!! +++++ *** spent 6.5 hours on my a** one day researching other carriers, websites, fly into different locations cheaper with another carrier ..but then a 2.5 train ride... and went back to the Flight Network site where the BEST DEAL was found in less than 10 minutes!!! After scouring the net for the cheapest deal Flight Network is consistently lower than the competition. I haven't had much contact with customer service except once when I needed to change my return flight and that was handled quickly and relatively painlessly. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

We wre trying to book a complicated series of flights with different travellers coming and going at different dates. Tried other sources and gave up. Called flightnetwork and got an agent named Joshua. He was pleasant proffessional and kept indicating that this was not a problem but just a bit of a challenge. We got everything we wanted and excellent service at a very good price. If Joshua represents the kind of service flightnetwork provides, we will be back. Highly recommend.

For me, using FlightNetwork was about communication and satisfaction. I have spoken with three different employees, and I can only describe them as "gentlemen". Each of them were equally as courteous and polite as the next, and showed me obvious interest in my travel plans....even when there were glitches beyond our control. I appreciated the advice and direction I was given when trying to book my 10 year old son as an "unaccompanied minor". These guys were VASTLY cheaper than anything I could find and it was getting last minute. Very, very nice surprise!! They also got the desired seats at the last minute and the email communication was fantastic. I'm a first timer with Flight Network, but it's not going to be my last. See...not everyone posts only negative things...gotta go with the good too!

Some mixed reviews on this company but I booked a flight to Boston and everything went fine, I saved about $40 as Flight Network was $40 less than Air Canada's website

Originally I booked a vacation for two weeks to London Eng, via flight network. Not only were they over $300 cheaper than any major travel site, but they were still an additional $30 cheaper than their competitor kayak.com, which before my friend told me about flight network, was the cheapest I could find. If you book far enough in advance, a flight to London is only $500 return! I called Flight Networks' customer care line on Friday, May 13th, because there was a last minute change that I needed to make to my flight due to unforeseen circumstances. Annie not only quickly pulled up my information without any issues but she helped me locate a new ticket and informed me of all my options without hesitation, which is something you don't often see anymore in customer service representatives. She was also very polite, but yet right to the point. I've saved approx $170 with FlightNetwork on Toronto flight compare to others. This may be because they are the 2nd largest travel portal in Canada and they may get good deals from local airlines. Their customer support is friendly and helpful..

Site is easy to use and the prices are good. Booked online and I got a confirmation and my electronic ticket a few minutes later. I called in later to add my new WestJet frequent flyer numer and the customer service was great, although I dd have to wait on hold for about 5 minutes
