The two young ladies who came out to do our after-wedding-party clean up did a really thorough, clean job. My wife and I were really pleased with the service. Friendly people with a really good work ethic and no additional charges beyond what we were quoted on the phone. Would recommend.

my personal opinion on this service is that at first i did not know what to expect, because its the first time with this company.... actually they arrived on time and i do have a pretty big house and everything was left spotless. they did a great job, by the way they were very professional and i definetly recomend the service.

i asked for the service again... this time i asked for a maid service. its a very good service and the workers are very friendly and i would recomend this service to everyone

I called to setup an appointment for a "move out" and carpet clean service. Diana gave me a quote ($350)and assured me that they will be there at 9AM on Sunday. By 10:15, I called and got a recorder, so I left a message to call me. After another 30 minutes, I get a call and they told me that they are on their way and are 15 minutes from the house. By 12:30PM, I get a "no show." This time, I get a call from Vanessa. Vanessa explained that the crew got into a car accident and they would not show up at all on Sunday. Vanessa called back again and offered a 15% discount and assured me that if we rescheduled it for any time Monday, they will definitely be there. Well you guessed it, the appointment again was at 9AM - "no show" again. No phone call and after numerous phone calls on my part, they still didn't call back. my only complaint was I asked them to call before they arrived and they called after they were there. They did a great job the carpet looked new when it was done. They charged a very fair price 175.00 for a whole house (1500 sq.ft). I was very pleased.

I'm really pleased with this cleaning company. They're very detail-oriented and punctual. If you've been trying out different maid services for a while but still looking for a good one, try these guys. Certainly worth it.

I heard good reviews about flat rate cleaners, so I called them up at a point that my house was a big mess and kids and work didn't allow me some spare time to do it myself. so I thought bringing in a company will give me a good chance to clean the whole house from bottom to top. I called them up, and booked an appointment for a free estimation on that same day. they were very nice, quick and professional, and they cleaned the drapes, fridge, attic, warehouse the carpets- every single thing at my house was CLEAN!!! and the price is reasonable! thank you flat rate cleaners!
