Mon Oct 20 2008Probably could have given it 5 stars if my ex-fiance at the time wasn't a dead ringer for a younger Glenn Close.

Thu Jul 13 2006It was better when it came out- but it isn't aging well. . .the characters come off as self-absorbed 80's twits who deserve each other. . .still worth a watch, but it's starting to fade. . .

Fri Dec 17 2004Perfect performances by Douglas, Close and Anne Archer. Michael Douglas is an excellent actor, he always plays these characters where you don't know whether to root for him or hate him. My friend and I always talk about the fact why Dan would have an affair when his wife is gorgeous, sweet and the perfect woman. Close looks like a drag queen compared to her. But, hey, why does anyone have affairs? Awesome movie, though !!!

Sat Feb 21 2004Fatal Attraction is a very suspenseful thriller that delivers in every aspect. Douglas was solid in his performance, but the biggest props go to Glenn Close, who was amazing in her performance as his mistress-turned-psycho. The graphic sex scenes might make some uncomfortable at times, but to me it adds to the thrilling aura of the film. Overall, Fatal Attraction is a solid thriller that should serve as a lesson: never screw around with the wrong woman.

Sat Jun 16 2001Glenn Close was awesome, as was Micheal Douglas. Great movie. Makes you think twice about cheating on your wife, doesn't it!

Sat Apr 14 2001Fatal Attraction isn't exactly what we are used to seeing in movies. It is in fact extremly graphic and violent, and may not agree with many. It is disturbing at moments, and at times a bit gothic. Michael Douglas and Glenn Glose star. Glenn Close is divorced by Michael, and they have been for a while, but when he wants to get married again, she goes after him, and tries at every attempt to murder him, his girlfriend, and even their own child.

Mon Jan 22 2001A tale of uncovered deceit and all of the consequences which come with it, and in essence this movie is a 'lesson' to both men and women. No one is more to blame than the other. Affairs are healthy and more married couples have them then people would like to admit. I know because I have had several. Go ahead hate me, I don't care. If two, or three, adults choose to be naughty and misbehave by having an affair that's their business. It has become part of the American gaming system. Have affairs to add more conflict and chaos to your personal life. Why? Because it's fun, it isn't any more complicated than that. Yes, it's wrong, and it feels good when you're with that other woman and the viscious lascivious intercourse that passes between us. Embrace it with that 'junior high' romanticism, because that's what it all comes to. That is the simple equation. To misbehave. To be nasty. It's like being young again, and people eat it up. The truth is they need an updated story that would best fi... Read more

Tue Jan 09 2001The boiling bunny says it all, a symbolic message of infertility gives heroic Glenn Close way more power than the stereotypical sexual woman deserves. But some female power in a film is worth a look, as this kind of role comes around very rarelyy for Hollywoods female actors. This film is really irie and scary, but well worth your time. The visuals are outstanding.

Tue Nov 21 2000I remember after watching this movie, I thought that I better not find a girl like the one in the movie. The scene I remember most out of the movie was when the girl put a rabbit in a pot to boil.

Wed Nov 03 1999This movie did more for monogamy and loyalty than the bible, public service announcements, and personal ethics combined.
