Eyebrows R Us is great, I love the atmosphere and the staff is excellent

I am from chicago and i haven't found an eyebrow place anywhere that I like. I came on vegas for vacation and LISA did a wonderful job on my eyebrows both times i have been there. I am very picky and she did them just how i like them!! I highly reccomend her!

I had been a customer since December 2007. I really loved this place to start, I recommended so many of my friends. But than to many changes started. First off, I was extremely bumed out when Cassie, my absolute favorite stylist dissappeared. The owner is a creeperton and when I would ask about her he would get kinda aggitated perhaps even mad. So, after she's m.i.a (missing in action) I settled for another one of their stylist Patti, who is now m.i.a aswell. So little by little my happiness for Eyebrows R Us has dwindled down. Than, one day I go and they have a sign stating that 'due to the cost of living, the price for their services have increased'. I was like, "what"?! Are you kidding me? Before it was $7.00 for the eyebrows and now its $10.00. The price of the string they use did not go up, I would understand a dollar raise but 3 dollars! I've been going to Eyebrows R Us for almost a year now. I have always been satisfied with their service but wary of the owner. While it isn't any of my business, I've realized that the staff seems somewhat terrified of him.I have had two stylists there. The first one "disappeared" or rather "went on vacation" but never came back. The second one, DIA, who was my absolute favorite recently is gone as well. When i asked about her, the owner seemed agitated and said she was gone and when i asked about her sister, he replied "GONE. they are all fired". I found this rather strange as she was one of themost popular stylists. Does anyone know where they may be? Perhaps they found another salon? Anywho, I reccomend Shila also. She does a good job but now that there are MUCH less stylists, there is also a LONGER wait time (he says 25 minute. more like an hour.) They still do a good job but I think I may go elsewhere as I have a bad feeling everytime I've come to the place. I may just be paranoid... Read more

I have not been to this place yet, but I'm planning on being in Vegas in a couple days and plan on going, I had this done while I was in Chicago and was very happy for the net 3 months, my eyebrows looked thicker and very nice.

I was recommended by a friend last summer. It was the best choice I could have ever made. I will only get my eyebrows threaded now!.. It fast, quick, and it's lasts for over two weeks. Their customer serivce is excellent very time I come for a visit! I would recommend everyone to give it a try!

This business was recommended to me by my hair stylist and this was also my first time going to this establishment I went on my lunch hour and received excellent service. My eyebrows came out PERFECT. There were many ladies waiting, but everyone was take care of. I will continue to go there. Please open more shops in the NW area! :-))

I love this place! My 12 year old daughter is complemented by all, as well as myself. Our brows look like they were painted on, they are so perfect. The staff at the Russel location is great, especially Marcie, thank god for her! The staff is always pleasant and have warm smiles that make you feel welcome! I recommend this place to all I know and feel sorry for those that continue to be waxed and have not been introduced to "threading".

I'M SO GLAD MY FRIEND PUT ME UP ON EYEBROWS R US. I LOVE THE WAY MY EYEBROWS COME OUT AND LISA IS FANTABULIOUS! I COULD SAY IT DOES GET A LITTLE IRRITATING AT TIMES WHEN I HAVE TO WAIT A WHILE TO BE SEEN, BUT IT'S JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE SO BUSY, I REALLY CAN'T EVEN COMPLAIN- I TIP MY HAT TO LISA AND ALL THE GIRLS BECAUSE THEY R CONSTANTLY WORKING HARD TO KEEP UP WITH AND SATISFY EVERY CUSTOMER.

I get my eyebrows done here at least once (sometimes twice) a month. I have been going to them ever since they've opened up shop and I tell everyone about them. Lisa, the owner, is great and I used to only feel comfortable having her tend to my eyebrows as I didn't think anyone would do as good of a job as her. One time when I went in Lisa wasn't there so I went with another girl. I am now confident having any of the girls there groom me - they ALL do a spectacular job! Besides everyone who works there, the next best thing (or equal) are their prices. I once paid $25 (I think) to have my eyebrows waxed at Nordstroms and they didn't even do that great of a job AND it took at least 30 minutes. At Eyebrows R Us, I'm in and out (although it sometimes is incredibly crowded); however, that just shows what a great place it is. EYEBROWS R US is amazing! My eyebrows have never looked better. The staff and owners are very professional and courteous to everyone. They service is great and it never really takes that long even when they are busy. I am so glad to have run across them. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

I've never had threading done before, so I was a bit nervous. But once I got it done....I will never go back to waxing! It was a great experience and my brows looked perfect! The price is great too....way less than waxing. I should have done threading a long time ago! :)

The staff there is friendly and attentive. I've been about 5 times and have had a very nice experience each time. The staff knows what they're doing. The threading is precise, less painless and irritating than waxing, and lasts longer! The wait can be a few minutes long during weekends, but it's worth the wait.

After reading the reviews and hearing the hype about threading I was eager to try it out. I went to the new location on Russell Road and it was FABULOUS! I'm sorry I didn't try this sooner. My eyebrows came out way better than I expected and I found it completely painless. The girls made you feel welcome and comfortable. I used to have to pluck and then use expensive eyebrow powder to fill in my brows. Now they look perfect and natural and I no longer need to use a filler. A money saver right there! And for $7 it is the best beauty bargain anywhere!

I had never heard of threading your brow until my daughter informed me about the new service in Las Vegas. I liked the way her brow and lip looked so I went. The brow stylist shapes your brow to your face. This procedure is used for all facial hair. I also had my lip done. My brow and lip areas have never looked so clean and without redness or bumps. My brow shape was P-E-R-F-E-C-T for me. There is a slight sting during the procedure for a minute or two, especially on the lip. But, it is well worth it. There is not a hint that hair was even there from the beginning?.very clean look. I will never wax those areas again. The price is right also and the results last fro about a month. Try it and you will be hooked, too.

I was always an advocate of waxing (20+ years); but after having the threading experience I AM SOLD!! It's not as harsh for the elasticity of your skin. Eye Brows R Us is the place to go. I appreciate their friendly, knowledgeable personnel. I am remembered every time I go and donot mind the wait if there is one. Lisa is absolutely awesome. Their hours are very convenient and the pricing is excellent. And unlike what some people say...IT DOESNT HURT! ;)

I was referred by a lot of friends who go to eyebrows r us and decided I should try it out. I LOVE this place. I will never go anywhere else. I will not do waxing for my eyebrows, I will have threading done forever. Everyone is exceptionally friendly. Everytime I go, my eyebrows are done perfectly. I could fall asleep while she does it! I've been waxing my eyebrows for 8 years straight until my sister told me about eyebrow threading at Eyebrows 'R' Us. Not only do they perfectly shape my eyebrows, they clean them up very nice. They have so many staff, that you don't have to wait that long. It's not far from my job, so I could go on my lunch hour and still have time to eat. I love them and highly recommend them to anybody .

I went there for the fisrt time because the shop were i got my eyebrows done was closed.I've never had my eyebrows threaded before but it was wounderful. I like it better than waxing it's less painful. The service was wounderful i highly recommend them i won't go no where else. So thanks eyebrows " R" Us for doing such a wounderful job.

This place is great for threading your eyebrows.I was really apprehensive about threading in USA but these people are really professional and did a great job.It was less painful compared to the threading in India.I strongly recommend people to go there for threading.

Lisa and her staff are great! I have been having by eyebrows threaded for years in L.A but when I moved to Las Vegas I could not find a place that did eyebrow threading. After looking everywhere I finally found Lisa and now I don't have to travel literally hundreds of miles for this procedure. In a nutshell, eyebrow threading at Lisa's is very inexpensive, you get perfectly shaped eyebrows and great customer service. I recommend her salon to both women and men!

This is the One and Only and the Best place in Vegas for threading. I use to go to LA once a month prior to this to get my eyebrows threaded. I know now they have opened up a second location. Even Better!!!!!! Yeah!!!! Please don't leave.

Eyebrows 'R'Us is FANTASTIC. I learned about threading a few years ago, and will never go back to waxing. I personally have very sensitive skin, and waxing leaves all kinds of burn marks that take days to get rid of. Threading is just the ticket for me. The staff is very personable and professional, and I just love their hours - 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., 7 days a week. No appointment needed. Just sign in and a staff member will take care of you. I go out of my way to get my threading done. And ladies if you have hair growth on the chin area, as many of us do when we get past menopause, threading leaves your face as smooth as a babies bottom. When you go, see DIA. She is GREAT!!!

I was turned on to Lisa at Eyebrows 'R' Us by a co-worker of mine one day while needing to get them done. Needless to say I haven't gone anywhere else since. This is the quickest, cheapest makeover you can get in less than 30 minutes. Threading is so much less invasive than waxing, and the results are so much better. I can't understand why someone (unless they're the competition) would post something so negative, and think that Lisa would have to poat her own reviews. The proof is in the pudding!!!! Just casually stroll down to either location on any given day and you will see the results for yourself (if you can find a seat!!) Lisa and staff keep up the good work and PLEASE don't go anywhere!!!!!

when i lived in canada i would always get my eyebrows threaded, then i moved out to las vegas about an year ago, there was only waxing, i went once & they messed up my eyebrows and burned me, after that i refused to get them done by waxing, threading is so much better and better for the skin, ive only waxed once and hated it, threading i love it cant live without :]

I absolutely love this place!!!! I used to get my eyebrows waxed and they would ALWAYS rip my skin or make them uneven. I'm not sure what that other reviews problem is, she is OBVIOUSLY someone with a grudge. Who cares if they are writing their own reviews they are telling the truth!!!!!! ANYWAY>>>> Love this place ALL the people that work there are super nice and know what they are doing! I recommend this to everyone I know!!!!! Threading is the way to go.

First of all, who ever wrote that these reviews are an act of fraud needs to go to "Eyebrows R us" and see all the SATISFIED customers waiting just to get their eyebrows done and you would know that the person who wrote that comment doesn't know what they're talking about, I love this place!! I have to agree ,this is safe and cleaner than waxing. Who knows how old the wax is at some of these salons. Waxing can take a thin layer of some people's skin and cause some bleeding, where as threading is less invasive and gentler. I have and WILL CONTINUE to RECOMMEND "Eyebrows R Us".

I was referred by my cousin to eyebrows r us when I was going to use a home waxing kit . What a relief. I have found this technique to be the most appropriate way of hair removal for my skin. I have gotten my eyebrows and lips done consistently over the past 7mo+ at eyebrows 'r'us. In my opinion, it is an non-invasive procedure that creates less to no complications/side effects, which I have experienced with waxing in the salon or at home. I have been more confident in my looks and have grown to love this as part of my hygienic care of my facial appearance. The staff there is great and Lisa is my favorite, although I am comfortable with all the girls. I work in a doctors office as a surgical assistant and am fully comfortable with this method of this procedure. I highly recommend threading! Glad to have found this place!

I love this place, when you walk in it is clean, peaceful and realaxing. The music plays sofly in the background. The staff is friendly and respectful. I get the threading of my eyebrows done ladies it is great best thing going todate. Its clean, fast and my eyebrows alway come out looking great. I don't have to worry about mistakes. I've been going to this place about once a month for the last 6 months and have loved it every time. I usually go into see Shila b/c she is great with shaping. I found out about this place from my best friend and her sister and I actually just moved back to California from Vegas last week so I'm sad that I'll need to find another place closer to me. Luckily my parents still live there so I'll definitely stop by when I go back and get them threaded then. I've been to soooo many threading salons in various cities just b/c I've moved around so much in the last 5 years for work and school - Diamond Bar, San Diego, Chicago, and Eyebrows R Us has to be my favorite so far. You tell them what you want and they'll do it. You can tell them not too thin/thick, arch/no arch, just a clean up, anything. I got to the point where I just sat in the chair and Shila knew just what I wanted without me saying anything. Hope this place opens up more locations in Vegas and Henderson!!

I do not wax, I do not pluck, so I was skeptical when this place called themselves Eyebrows r us. I was getting married and decided to try it. Lisa threaded, and shaped me up. My eyebrows added just the perfect touch for my special day. I will be a dedicated customer from now on. Lisa is very nice and made me feel comfortable. The threading does sting and my eyes did water, but my eyebrows have never looked better, so I won't waste my time trying to shave or do anything else to my brows. Oh yes, THE PRICE IS JUST RIGHT. For $7 you can look good and still get a sandwich afterwards. LOL!! THank You LISA!!

I have been going to Eyebrows R us since shortly after their opening. I am a flight attendant and have been very pleased with their work, and recommend Eyebrows R us to all my fellow flight attendants. After having my brows "botched" from waxing, I find that threading is detailed and leaves me with perfect brows each time. I also get a lip threading every other visit. Lisa and the other ladies are very professional and have a nice calming spirit each time I visit....even when they are very busy. No more waxing!

Eyebrows R Us offers those of us who don't respond well to waxing a must try service. I only heard about eyebrow threading three month ago from my sister. We both tried it out the same day. We have been faithful customers every since. Not only do I not have the breakouts like I did with waxing, my brows turn out perfect every time. The atomosphere and customer service is great too.

The process is painless and the redness goes away in less than ten minutes. This is WAY better than waxing or tweezing! You must try it out... you'll never go back to anything else!

this is the only place i can go to without breaking out. threading was only in places like la or ny. im happy vegas is finally getting with the program, not eveyone can get waxed and who want to shave it doesnt last long enough.beside it looks cleaner and it cheaper then wax.

I Heard about Eyebrows R Us from a friend, when i went inside i was a little curious about how it would work. They were SUPER friendly and the music was very relaxing. It was pretty quick and my boyfriend was surprized with the results. He had a BALL watching them do the threading. It lasts for a long time and i continue to go back.....

Someone at a coffee shop overheard me complaining about getting my eyebrows waxed and sent me here. My favorite part is that you can go somewhere right after - your face isn't all red and irritated like with waxing.

I've been going to get my eyebrows done from Lisa for about a year now and I have no complaints! In just the short time that I've been going to get my brows done, I've seen it grow from 1 chair to 4! The waiting room needed to be extended to the next door! The service is so great that a friend and I drive all the way across town to see her (even if there is another shop closer to us) and once waited 2 1/2 hours to get our brows done by Lisa. If you've never been threaded before, this is the place to do it. It's cheap, clean, and gives the best possible shape to your eyebrows. I always reccommend it to my friends!

Eyebrows R Us offer a unique and different experience. Their approach to hair removal is interesting in that it offers an artistic and cultural diversity that is missing. Not only do I bring my two daughters to have their eyebrows done, I have also brought my 12 year old son whose eyebrows are extermely thick and causes him embarassment. He does not mind the atmosphere because it does not feel like conventional salon and it not too "girly". Because there are no chemicals, utensils and no direct touching of my face; my very sensitive skin is not adversly affected by this process. I highly recommend to one and all.

I've been a customer of Eyebrows 'R' Us for two years--since summer of 2007. The prices here used to be great--$7 for threading, which was comparable to what I used to pay in New York when I lived there. Then, they raised the prices to $10! $10 for a "cost of living" increase? Are they nuts? Who gets almost a 45% raise for cost of living?? Now, they've launched some kind of membership program that makes you pay the high prices in advance! What's wrong with this business model? How about a loyalty card and you get a free threading after you pay for 10 or something? In this economy, where is the deal in paying $180 up front...I'm more likely to go less with the way the economy is, and thus wouldn't even pay that much in a year, anyway. Not to mention, they have this special for new customers--$5 for threading. Why are new customers getting the deal? What about the loyal customers who helped build up the business?
