    For an hour or so I guess maybe? And who knows, maybe you meet someone at the gym while your working out. I would keep going if I had the time.

    Good for the body and mind,but I still end up sweating and panting then I start thinking about my ex and and the many ways I can screw with him and torment him.and that really gets my heart rate up!

    Good way to get rid of negative energy and healthy too. Sure beats sitting home being depressed about an irreversible situation while eating ice cream..such a cliche!

    Exercise is usually a good stress/nervousness killer, so it might be a good way to go.
