Euramex Management Incorporated

I foolishly signed a 12 month lease with Wesley Plantation an Apt. complex managed by Euramex Mgmt Inc. of Atlanta. They were running a "move in" special equal to 1/4 months rent. In hindsight they should've been offering a " move out" special with the moving crew thrown in. I moved into this apt. and realized that all the hype about ( gated community, 24 hr maintenance, alarm systems in every apt, competent leasing agents and all the other other crap was just that....CRAP!. I live there for less than TWO months and in that time frame, the gates were open 24/7, they actually call themselves fixing the gate and ended up locking out EVERYBODY that lived there. They ended up leaving the gates WIDE open again so that everyone could get back into the complex. The lamp posts would come on whenever they wanted to and not at sundown and go on and off at intervals as if they were programmed to do that, so one minute your walking across a lighted parking lot in the middle of the night a... This has been a very bad experience. I would never recommend this complex to anyone.
