Very nice location.....but they know it. I have lived here for years and am amazed at how poorly run this building is and the lack of response and courtesy they treat their tenants with. 1. The pool is a non tenant party that is totally uncontrolled. 2. The elevators are slow. 3. You want something done in your apartment be prepared to negotiate. Once they have you, you are done. 4. You can pay your rent in advance for 6 months, but you will be treated like a criminal if you are late for your rent payment (occurred when traveling) and somneone from the building will happily confront you in the lobby. 5. The zoo in the lobby /tone of this building can make this building feel unsafe for females. This was discussed with Holly the manager who was rude and insensitive.

When my cousins moved to Chicago, I didn't have enough room for them to stay with me. I suggested that they call Eugenie Terrace on the Park...

I went to visit my friend's new apartment and I was blown away. The apartment was spacious and the fixtures were up to date. I asked him how much he was paying for the apartment and to my surprise it was quite affordable. I think the people at Eugenie Terrace are taking into consideration the economic climate and are being reasonable with their pricing. Look here today.

I'm going on my third year at Eugenie Terrace, and I don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon! I love this place, and I actually got 2 other friends to rent here as well! I started out in a small studio and just transferred to a huge one bedroom with balcony. It just got remodeled too, so everything is brand new. The building is so much fun and they are always throwing parties for the residents. If it's not your thing, that's cool too...you never feel any pressure to attend anything, but you have to at least stop by the pool parties they have! The rooftop pool is on the 44th floor along with fitness center, aerobics/yoga studio, and coffee bar. Wherever you work, it's super easy to get to, I just hop on the bus outside and it takes me right downtown. The 24-hour doormen are awesome, and they always get a cab for me in no time flat. I highly recommend checking this place out, once you see it you will never want to leave!

I love living here! For anyone young or old, single or married, looking for an apartment, this is the place! They have everything you could need, all inside the building. The staff treats you like royalty, and they are there for you 24/7. My roommate and I just moved into a 2 bed 2 bath this fall that is brand new. Everything in the kitchen and bathrooms, carpeting, flooring, lighting...It is all brand new. They have an awesome rooftop pool deck that I hear has some awesome pool parties in the summer. Maintenance is great too, I didn't know the first thing about hanging pictures and mirrors on my walls and they guided me in the right direction.

I just moved to Chicago a couple months ago and ended up at Eugenie Terrace, couldn't be happier!! I have never lived in a high rise before but I love it. Having a 24 hour doorman is great, especially when you have guests. I have a beautiful view of the lake and the city and everything in my apt is new (I do wish I had a bigger sink but that's about it) The best part is being close to downtown but also being close to all of the Lincoln Park shopping, restaurants and bars, I can walk to everything. I was told North Avenue Beach is the place to be in the summer so I am just waiting for summer to actually get here. Everyone is so friendly here too, striking up conversations in the elevator. It's expensive here but worth every penny!!
