Enviro-Tech

We have used these folks for multiple services over 5 years. We have had our lawn, pest control and even radon tested and they always answer the phone and show up on time. On top of that they do a good job. I would recommend them to folks and have already.

I wish I would have read this prior to signing up with this company. They are the worst!!! They say they are going to do one thing but end up doing another thing. Things that were verbally stated were never done. Even things that were on the contract were never accomplished to the very end.I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau but when I started to I found that Envirotech had an "F" by the bureau. I wish I would have done my research From Jim (main manager, to the office manager, to the initial inspection guy this company is just wrong!! the need to close down. Once they get your money, they don't return calls or emails. This job was supposed to take no more than 3 days it has now turned in to 4-5 weeks. BEware!!! They will take your money and run !!!!!!!!!!!!

I have used Envirotech for a few services. They did a good job for my wife and she was happy with the service. WE are pleased with them and I have told my firends. - William

I am shocked to see this review below from Cafjules...I have had pest control service at my home, and also had a remediation done by Enviro-Tech, and they have been nothing but professional, anytime they come to my home. The experience Cafjules has described, is the mirror opposite of the service I have received. I would highly recommend Enviro-Tech for Mold or Pests, and still have a seasonal account with them.

ZERO STARS!!! This is THE most unproffessional. unprepared company I have EVER dealt with. They underbid the job (not my problem)..the worker guys were LATE EVERY DAY, then took 2 hour lunch breaks and 45 minute cig breaks. A job that should have taken a week and a half (they told us it would take 3 days) ended up taking 4 WEEKS plus!!! Management tried to cut corners the WHOLE time....they had probably 15 guys in and out of my house throughout this job. One guy left crap in my toilet!!! unbelievable! THEN....billed my credit card BEFORE the work was completed!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! I am off to report these people to ANYONE I can!!!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!

Can I select zero stars? Did absolutely nothing. Will not respond to letters or phone calls. Continue to send bills for work they did not perform with late fees as well. Had to hire someone else to do the job and I'm considering small claims court to fight the current bills and attempt to get back the money I paid them. Let me be blunt... DO NOT USE THEM!

I wish I had read the prior review before hiring them to do work on our property. They were unprofessional, full of double-speak and re-negging on prior commitments. Their equipment failed the first 2 times they were scheduled to do the job on an outbuilding, and then came out at a time they were not scheduled to be there, and could not be supervised by us, something we had insisted on all along. They also were about to do a completely unauthorized spraying for other pests on our home (windows open, pets inside), which we were able to stop just in the nick of time. Initial complaints were received by a middle-level manager, who promised to get back to us, but now the company will not return phone calls or email. They should be brought up on charges of incompetency and run out of business.

Worst customer service company I have dealt with in years. Didnt treat all areas, and have a customer service written commitment that they will retreat areas between treatments if I am not happy, but good luck trying to get them back out. The person in "charge" was very difficult, unprofessional and made comments that were way out of line with the customer, belligerent, confrontational and much more! Telling me one thing one minute, and going back on what she said. They will take your money and run. I am currently filing numerous complaints against them with various state and local tv stations as I write today. Do not do business with them!
