Sat Jul 19 2008Great martial arts film from the first super-star of the genre. (in the Western World) Great screen presence from Lee.

Mon Nov 19 2007Still the movie that all other martial arts movie aspire to, and Bruce Lee is still the standard that every martial artist aspires to, and falls short of. Great fight scenes by the man I still consider the best!

Thu Feb 08 2007Jim Kelly picking out the hot Asian tarts was off the charts funny. . .and Lee is in top form in this one. . .be warned- it's 'give me 70's or give me death'. . .

Thu Feb 08 2007I got into Bruce Lee when I was a teenager and watched all his films and read a lot of books about him. I know what this movie meant to Bruce Lee personally and that he would've considered it his magnus opus of all his films. Like all other Bruce Lee films, this one is also somewhat dated and overrated. The plot is good, even somewhat original, and Lee's fight sequences are pretty good also. But this movie has a few too many cheesy '70s elements which mar it. I don't find Lee's presence or the actual film itself nearly as fresh and energetic as any of his three previous ones (Fists Of Fury, The Chinese Connection, and The Return Of The Dragon). Lee seems more sullen and the movie -from the fight sequences to the props and everything else- seems more centered on commercial appeal than raw "keeping it real" like the previous three. The nudity scenes don't help and the entire movie has a tired, worn out feel to it. It's influence is undeniable, however, and it's still considere... Read more

Thu Oct 06 2005This movie would have long been forgotten if it wasn't for Bruce Lee. His screen presence, power and stunning physique make this movie worth watching..and Williams massive fro. There is no way Roper could beat Bolo! Things to wtach out for: 1. Hans terribly dubbed voice 2. Williams impressive fro. 3. The "art of fighting without fighting" scene. 4. "Bull*** Mr. Han-Man!" 5. Jackie Chan getting his neck snapped by the master in the underground lair scene. 6. "The battle with the guards was EXTRA-ordinary!" 7. Bruce Lee delivering a massive kick to Han's head.

Sat Oct 20 2001"Some tea Mr.Braitherwaight?" one of many good quotes from martial arts master Bruce Lee's finest movie. Somewhat old but has improved like a fine wine with time.

Wed Jan 03 2001Definitely a movie for those who want little more than kick ass martial arts in their movies. The story is pretty simple and the acting is non-exisitant but if you want to see Bruce Lee and some other guys beat the hell out of countless extras then this is your movie.

Fri Nov 24 2000Bruce Lee drops a lot of knowledge. The fighting choreography is excellent. The plot and acting is great. One of my favorite movies. Bruce is the man.

Fri Nov 24 2000Being a big fan of Bruce Lee, I was drawn to this movie in an instant. The fighting was great, but there could have been more scenes. I think his son Brandon Lee should have played him.

Tue Nov 21 2000Bruce Lee's last movie is nice and more intense. My favorite part is when he killed O'Hara for the self-sacrificing of his sister. Then, the part when he fought in a one on one and also in the room of mirrors, where he finally found a way to kill him with a single fierce kick. My favorite part is when he is showing how quick he is with nunchuks. This movie is cool.

Mon Nov 20 2000Bruce Lee is the best martial artist ever. I like all the Bruce Lee movies. It's too bad he had to die at such a young age.

Mon Nov 13 2000This movie was a classic Bruce Lee flick. The best Kung Fu around plus Bolo. The fighting sequences are well worth the movie. Just watching Bruce Lee in action is most excellent.

Fri Nov 10 2000This movie kicks ass. Bruce Lee is tight. This is an action classic. The plot is good. The acting is a little bad, but the fighting makes up for that.

Wed Nov 08 2000One of the best movies I have seen. Bruce Lee is one of my martial arts idols. The storyline was good, as well as the action. I also liked the fact they didn't dub over his real voice.

Wed Nov 08 2000I thought that it was a good breakout movie for Bruce Lee. I think however that the storyline followed very much like a James Bond movie. I thought that the martial arts were great, and more movies should show martial arts.

Tue Oct 31 2000This is the definitive Kung Fu flick with the only Kung Fu star, Bruce Lee. This was already destined to be a classic when it was made. This movie set the standard for the following films.

Mon Jan 10 2000A classic movie w/ real action sequences that is totally irreplacable by any of the modern blockbusters.
