Apparently having great credit, rental history, and the financial means to rent a property from Ellis Real Estate is not enough to actually rent a property from them. Getting them to meet with you to show you a property is a challenge. When you finally get an appointment set up they come at the wrong time and refuse to come back at the time that was agreed upon, nor will anyone else come show it to you, they just tell you you have to reschedule. Don't expect an apology from them for being incompetent either. When you do call back to reschedule because of their mistake they say they will call you back as soon as possible to make sure that time will work but this isn't the truth. They will not call back. We were ready to sign a lease with Ellis Real Estate but their terrible customer service and unreliabilty changed our minds quickly.
