Ira Alter and his crew were very helpful and the customer service was exceptional. They appreciate my ideas and opinions on what I would want in my bathroom. It was a good collaboration working with the project manager Peter and I felt I was part of the project team. The price was reasonable and they did not go over the estimate. And you get your money's worth with a 3 year labor warranty. If I was not satisfied with something, Elite Home Builders continued to work on the issue until I was totally satisfied. I love my new bathroom and those who have seen it were really impressed.

Elite HOme Builders was the definition of professional, highquality service that we were looking for in a contractor. Not only did they provide fast, easy to acquire financing without the added trouble of shopping through bank rates, they also made a point of walking us through each step of our master suite renovation. I had a directly line to the compnay owner and the cell phone number of my project manager who was out our house nearly every day to check on the status of the project. Ira and his crew were always on time, on schedule, on budget, immaculate, easy to work with, and helpful. I love my new bathroom and plan to use Elite for future remodeling projects. Everything was of the highest quality...service,workmanship, materials, and ideas!

They were professional and really wanted us to be happy with the project. We love our basement and are very happy we used them.

We did not use this company. It took them 3 weeks to return our initial phone call, and then they cancelled our first in-home consulation 4 hours before our scheduled time. That is not a company I would trust with a valuable renovation project.

Highly recommend this company. We would certainly use them again.

Ira, Greg, Peter and his crew were very professional , curteous, and concerned throughout the whole process from beginning to end. I had a new bedroom, office, recessed lighting, air ducts, etc. done. The finished products are very beautiful. They were very prompt and timely in finishing the projects. I would highly recommend Elite Homebuilders to anyone. Also, you can't beat the warranty period that is offered by the company. Great Job!!! Will utilize them again for future projects.

The owner,Ira, was courteous, always prompt, kid friendly, honest and trustworthy. They not only beat everyone's price, they also met our budget. We immediately trusted him. He didn't treated us like a customer, he trusted us like we have been friends for many years. My husband and I were pleased with him. They were all positive and they received the highest ratings. They did a fabulous job on our basement (3 beds, 1 bath). The crew came everyday and were on time. Peter, the Foreman, was absolutely fabulous. Trying to find a contractor was really hard until I found your website and have the contractors come to me.
