Eli Wallach

One of the all-time great character actors, who always gave a sublime performance whether he was in a classic like "Baby Doll" or a piece of dreck like "Godfather III". Sort of the Joe Pesci of his era, to my mind; he would invariably play a supporting role and just as invariably outshine the leading protagonist, whether that was Clint Eastwood, or Clark Gable, or Al Pacino. Still going strong, and more power to him!
