I recently used Einstein Bagels to cater an event. They did not set-up the food, they forgot waters that were ordered (and took over 30 minutes to retreive them) and then did not supply eating utensils. I would not receommend using their catering services in Kansas City.

My daughter is 7 years old and homeschooled. We are practicing writing different reviews. This week we ate at Einstein Bagels and she wrote the following review.... Einstein Bagels is a great restaurant! I love the refreshing smell of homemade bread. For kids I recommend a hotdog with a strawberry white chocolate muffin. I'd say this is a good place to eat for a family, but be careful the prices are high!

I have friends who go here everyday (almost) for coffee and bagels. Years ago, I did try it but did not enjoy it. So, today - tried it again. Anyone who loves these bagels has no idea what a real bagel tastes like or looks like. These bagels had no body, no taste, no crunch, no nothing and I would have enjoyed a piece of plain white bread better. Done!

All bagels and sandwiches are very good. However the coffee taste like hot tap water. If you are a coffee person, you might consider not to have breakfast here. Service is bad..but thats every fast food place. I

Decent coffee, pretty good bagels. Not a patch on a real bakery, but pretty decent.

They seem to have gone down in quality since I remember a few years ago.  They used to have this really excellent spicy type bagel that had jalapeno in it, and now they don't anymore.  While they still have solid bagels and great cream cheese, they are just lacking in selection at times.  I do like how they frequently have free samples too.

I love being able to pick out types of bagels that you normally wouldn't get in a grocery store, and I especially love their cream cheeses. I usually end up finding their stores next to Starbucks and clearly it has become as much of an obession.

I paid $8.00 for their smoked salmon & cream cheese bagel. All I recieved was one tiny sliver of salmon on the bagel. I didn't see this until I arrived at work. When I called them to speak to the manager, he was unconcered, and made it clear that he was too busy to talk to me. Hell no, I won't be back! Cheap jews!

There's an Einstein's near my work and I like to walk there during lunch break. My favorite is their sun-dried tomato bagels with sun-dried tomato spread. But sometimes I want something sweet, like a raisin bagel with honey. I also love their bagel dogs.

Very good bagels, however not as good as Bruegger's, which have more flavor and 'snap' to them. Their coffee is very good as well. However, they do tend to burn their Asiago bagels from time to time, and they are getting cheap with the amount of Asiago cheese they put on their bagels. Put more Asiago cheese on there for chrissakes! All in all, a very good place for breakfast or a light lunch. I know I am addicted to my local Einstein's, where they know me on a 'first name' basis!

I consider Einstein bagels more like rolls than bagels. Crust too soft, middle to doughy. However, I do like their coffee. When I think of bagels, I think of true water bagles -- dense, perfect golden crust, moist, chewy inside. My favorite bagel is salt. Eistein puts large, really large, salt crystals on their salt bagels. I like the smaller Kosher salt on mine (with poppy seeds of course). If you are in the Detroit area, try Detroit Bagel or up-and-comer Elaine's bagels. Both are good. Detroit Bagle is a traditional bagel - think New York ethnic, Elaine's are not as dense, but very, very good. Try the spinach with veggie cream cheese. At Detroit Bagel, try the Salt with cream cheese and lox (and brush up on your Yiddish depending on the location). By the way, my favorite all-time favorite sandwich is from chain Brueggers Bagels, the Leonardo da Veggie on a salt bagel (of course!). Brueggers is like Einstein, not what I call a 'true' bagel but they make one fantastic sand... Read more

Have been going 2 Einstein's, cause of their coffee, honey butter & bagels-not their staff or upkeep on the restaurant, unless you don't mind ANTS near the windows! They need more efficient staff that cares for the customers. A woman spilled her drink, a man attempted to help her, but she had to wipe the entire spill off of the floor w/ napkins. Couldn't an employee have come to clean up the spill? Get a clean mop, employee to help in those circumstances. My last & final visit to Einstein's. Best of luck to their service. The bagels here are good, if you have no local private bagelries, but last time I went they had a bacon bagel isn't that contradictory?

Prices are decent, but the quality of the bagel isnt the best. The prices especially on meals are very high, around 6 dollars for a bagel sandwich with chips and a drink. The sweets are very middle-of-the road just like the establishment.

Excellent real bagels a la a New York deli: big, thick, amply topped, crisp on the outside soft on the inside. The only problem with these is it's really hard to go back to store bought.

They have really groovy bagels. I haven't been to an Einstein Bagel in ages, wished there was one in Orlando. But I will recommend it to people, very good.

These bagels wre made perfect. They have a buttery kind of taste, and the are a yummy chewy texture. They were very fresh, and the variety was large. There were flavors I've never seen or tasted. I will never look at another bagel!

This is one of the best bagel shops I have ever been to. They have a nice selection of flavored cream cheeses- except not many light versions. They also have some funky flavored bagels you cant find anywhere else. I enjoy their Homestyle breakfast sandwiches with fresh squeezed orange juice a lot. Thier coffee isnt bad either. They seem to have some good lunch sandwiches on the menu, too, except I've never tried any. I think of bagels as a breakfast item.
