Ed Young Sr. is a great bible teacher. I really enjoy his teaching but for some reason I can't seem to get anything out of Ed Young Jr's teaching. Young Sr. gets too little air time and it's a shame because he is genuine and skilled in bible knowledge. I wish there was more of him and less of some of the others on Christian and Radio Broadcast.

The only perfect and totally truthful preacher ever was Jesus Christ. But there are many out there who are getting quite close. I believe both senior and junior Young are doing a good job preaching the Gospel. Each have a distinctive audience and each have his style. But both are effective and clear. I appreciate the effort Junior puts into reaching young Christians especially in what the proper relationship between sexes is concerned.

Comes across a bit sanctimonious and self righteous for my liking. I'll pass on his Six-Flags-Over-Jeezuss megachurch and theme park, thankyouverymuch

I dislike the fact that mega-churches see fewer salvations per attending member than almost any other size of church.

Ed Young does what Jesus did. He taught us how to get through the rough times in simple language. I am not generally a fan of televangelists, but his message has helped me through many a rough time, giving me good counsel, unmatched by the others. I want a minister to counsel me, give me fresh thinking. And, yes, he gives Jesus the credit for it all. Many of his sermons are free via internet, unlike most of the others. I am a fan of Jesus and his servant Ed Young.

Watched a little of this huckster while surfing early Sunday morning. . .I assume the lord doesn't need slick-talking hucksters like this clown to spread the so-called word. . .

I agree. I think he counsels waaaay too much and does not touch on the Gospels or any other parts of the Bible.

I spent years in church.I was saved at twelve and every message was a salvation message. All those years wasted hearing people begged to come to the alter and not one word of how to live a successful Christian life, how to be a good parent, even how to be a successful spouse. Well thank God for Dr.young.He recognizes that the sheep need fed first. Feed the sheep and they will bring in the lambs. If you don"t like big churches, you will be intimidated in Heaven.

Actually 2-1/2 stars.... When is Ed young going to return to preaching the Gospel, and stop preaching self-help sermons? I often disagree with him since he is very much a fundamentalist, but now he barely even mentions the Word. Does he think he is a preacher - - or a therapist?

A corporate style evangelist/preacher/CEO who absorbs churches like Donald Trump absorbs corporations, in order to build a Second Baptist Church mega-structure, with him a the head. Their motto: Second to None...talk about pride at work.

billiefan2000 are you a Christian? I don't know who Ed Young is but he deserves our prayers, not our judgement. 2 Timothy 2:14 warns us not to quarrel about the word for the sake of the hearers. I'm not sure the debate about other Christians should be in the RIA format, it should be done in private. My prayer for any evangelist is the same that I hope you pray for me, that God will use me and show me His way, for God to forgive me when I fail and for my Christian brothers and sisters to lift me up when I fall.

This guy is more of a relationship counselor than a preacher if you watch his show. Plus he never on his show preaches the gospel of Jesus Christ or preach about Repentace and Salvation or preach on how to save souls but then again neither do 99 percent of tv preachers and preachers in Churches in AMERICA.
