Wed Jun 30 2010Stupid fans have camped out an entire week just to get a glimpse of the celebrities in this movie. Should have been a Television series. It is not that great just luke warm average. Do these fanatics so obsessed with these fictional characters not have jobs or anything of value to do in the course of a whole week but camp out in front of a Movie Premiere??? I just read in my local Newspaper that the Author is Mormon. Some of her themes of Edward and Bella having Eternal life & Eternal love, Good vs Evil, Bella's disdain for eating too much red meat, and in the current Saga Bella having a baby who is half god an half human with a future arranged marriage is taken from aspects of her faith. Does this explain why no blacks are in the good inner circle? It is no secret but well known that First Founder Joseph Smith was a racist to the core and did not think Black or darker skinned people had souls that could be redeemed. I realize some white people who thought they were Christians in ... Read more

Mon Jun 14 2010In the third book of twilight saga (Eclipse) the worst part I did not like was when Jacob Black ( Taylor Lautner) told Bella Swan (Kirsten Stewart) he would kill himself if Bella didn't kiss him I din't like that because jake knew Bella wouldn't kiss him and didn't want to be in a relationship with him. She told him that she loved Edward Cullen(Robert Patterson) her boyfriend.Jake totally knew that but he was telling her that she didn't love her or need him no more. Bella said don't do it Jake but he was tricking bella which was totally uncool and made her feel guilty and kiss her. The best part was when well the whole book its so awesome so magical so incredible romaic loving its so amazing!!!!!!!

Wed Nov 25 2009I enjoyed this book better than New Moon, but not as much as Twilight. I liked the fact that Edward was more prominent, but I still found there was too much back and forth with Bella trying to decide between Edward and Jacob. I wish the girl would just make up her mind already.

Fri May 15 2009My definite favorite of the bunch. Beautifully written with breathtaking emotion. I absolutely loved this one and would read it over and over if I didn't have this weird thing about having to start back with book 1 again (which I have). We get to see the love triangle develop and reform until even we're not sure who should end up with whom.

Wed Apr 29 2009Well.. I want to start with the fact that I am rumanian so I will be writting pretty bad in english.. don't be upset please :) So.. I did like the book, it was ok and quite entertaining, lasted about 4 days for me to finish it.. but there were a couple of things that I didn't quite like and therefore I have to rate it one star. The first one is that Bella is extremelly whiny.. I couldn't possibly stand being anywere near her.. I actually can't understand why Alice didn't mind her whiny about the 'slumber party'.. it was so annoying having Bella complaing about everything ! Do you notice how she complains about everything ?! Absolutily everything.. I don't want that, I don't want to sleep in a bed although you have so much money that you literally thow it away buying expensive sport cars out of boredom I guess.. they actually don't know how to spend the money anymore... so she doesn't want a nice dress for her wedding, agreas to marry (which I didn't like, should have sticked to t... Wed Apr 29 2009My teen-age daughter had been encouraging me to read the series -- my answer was always "I'm really not that "into" vampires." I finally broke down and started the series -- and found myself totally enthralled by the characters, the relationships, the action. I would 100% encourage anyone - teen to grandma! - to read this book, and the rest of the series. Open your mind to a new experience in your reading pleasure!

Wed Apr 29 2009This series is much less bubble-gummy than i had expected it to be. The characters have some inconsistentcies but overall it is a fun tween series.

Tue Apr 28 2009I was so desperate to get this book before I finish New Moon, so into "The Twilight Saga", but now that I just have 150 pages to go and it's just taking forever to finish since it turn out to be so different from 1 and 2. My dislike for Jacob is bigger than ever, Bella is so selfish, stubborn and dumb, just wasn't expecting this. Now I'm going to go for the 4th book just because I need to conclude this, but I'm not as exited as when I step into the pages of New Moon after I was done with great Twilight.
