Their sandwhiches are horrible, the lattes, coffee, ect. are watery, and very unhealthy. But wheni went to one dunkin donuts in NH, I asked for that heart-shaped donut. But you know, im lactose and tolerte and cant eat any cream, white milk, vanilla yogurt, ect. well that did had cream and it didn't have any tags or labels saying that it was cream filled. and you know what?! ya thats what!

I like their Doughnut Holes and Bagels. Their Coffee is good when there is nothing else around. Dunkin Donuts is an okay chain, but nothing to Sing about.

I went there with my wife and ordered breakfast sandwiches and drinks. When I opened the wrapper on my sandwich there was a piece of hair in the middle of the melted cheese on the croissant. I took the order back in and was given a refund. The manager apologized and did try to give me free sandwiches, donuts, etc. and I told him that there was no way I would eat anything from that location ever again. I've only had a coffee since at a different location and that was because my friend was buying.

I love dunkin donuts but worked there long enough to know ive never had such a horrible job, management is horrible and they take it all to there heads when they as well as all others know ANYONE can become a manager just take the test and BAM, you can be 17 they dont care. The company took our tips away they rarely give a raise and make y0ou work holidays with no extra pay or anything. Not to mention they never care what you have to say i would never reccomend working there in a million years

They were ok and better than Winchell's hands down. Unfortunately, the last one we had in town closed it's doors and left town with no word if their coming back. Their apple fritters were the best and I really miss them.

D&D in Waterboro, ME. has to have the worst customer service in the country, it's beyond Horrable, rude, loud and ignorant employees to be sure, especially the Dirty blond cougar that works there. The so called manager is a joke, we won't be going back there anytime soon or in the future, that place SUCKS_BIG !

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SIZE of the donuts? The stores in my area of N.J. have all been remodeled, and when the reopened, the donuts had shrunk.... They seem to have lost about a third of their original size, and became dry..... YUCK! No more dunkin donuts for me, if I want good donuts I will go to a bakery, even the local grocery store is better....

The Dunkin Donuts in the HUD building in Washington, DC has the worst customer service that I have ever seen in my life. In my last awful experience the DD had a sale sign up stating that the donuts were 6 for $3.00, so I ordered the special. The franchise owners daughter stated that the sale ending last Friday and a DD employee ask if I could take the sign down. They shouldn't had the sale sign up in the first place if they were going to honor the price. I will never buy out of that store again, not only was that not good cusstomer service as always but the donuts were hard and dried up anyway.

I used Dunkin Donuts in November, 09 and was insulted by the lady serving in the drive through. I complained to the Corporate Office, they ask you all type of questions including what is your religion, income etc and after that all you receive is a email from one of the representative that their Field Executives and the owner of the store will contact me to address my concerns. Sorry to say that no body contacted. Friends leaving a review on Dunkin Donuts is A WASTE OF TIME AND A GIMMICK. They only want to hear good things, they are not bothered with what concerns you have.

Because I prefer cake doughnuts to the raised varieties I have to rate Dunkin' Donuts higher than Krispy Kreme. But because my local DD (Ruckersville, VA) is a lot closer to KK's hometown (220 mi) than to DD's (540 mi), the choice of cake doughnuts at the local outlet is very limited. In the early 1960s Dunkin's doughnuts were more expensive than their competitors', but they were worth the price. $.08 vs $.06.

The best darned coffee this side of the t.v., did you see the commercial, with the lady saying Dunkin Donuts is Number 1? The woman testifies she has 6 cups a day, I have one thing to say to her, besides shes right, the next thing is wheres the bathroom? I don't know about 6 cups, but I certainly enjoy a medium cup of hazelnut coffee. Oh and there donuts don't go there.

I used to like Dunkin Donuts until, instead of going through the drive-thru, I went inside. I'm not sure how many variety's of donuts they had but they had at least 2 variety's of flies (house and fruit flies) crawling on the donuts. Of course, what can be expected when the food is left out in the open? most Honey Dew donut shops I've been to keep their food enclosed in glass counters. I think I'll be switching coffee shops. I, however, won't be going through another drive-thru any time soon.

Once popular down here in Houston in the 80's, and delicious from what I can remember as a kid.  No where near as popular as it is up north.  All though I heard recently that they are returning,  and will be opening up new stores down here.

Watered down iced coffee, served with a bad attitude. I remember when I was younger DD was where you went for a reliable cup of coffee. Now it's franchised out to skimps that sell you a cup of dirty water with ice and call it coffee all for close to three bucks! No one speaks english, the coffee tastes like garbage and the prices keep going up. Why go?

I've always enjoyed Dunkin' Donuts tasty beverages and other delicious items, but they never put enough sugar in my coffee. I don't even know if they change the filter because of the way it tastes after I order it. The language barrier between myself and the manager was not acceptable. It's important for me to get my money's worth of their fresh products. Am I wrong on this?

Dunkin donuts is the coffee chain choice of the blue-collared working man.  I am addicted to their ice coffee esp. in the summer. now they have like 10 different flavors of iced coffee. my faves are coconut and toasted almond...YUM!!! i feel bad for all of you west coasters who don't have the chance to experience the deliciousness that is DD!

I dunno, for awhile I was convinced that Krispy Kreme was better hands down, but they have alot of good stuff at Dunkin Donuts. I particularly like the creme filled stuff and I was raised on those little donut hole things. Munchkins, I think they call them...

O Dunkin' Donuts let's see It is not very clean I think we can all see the flies and the bug zappers that are made too look like lights near the sandwitch station. The eggs are like egg patties yummm! I don't think so Well now that the microwaves are gone the sanwitches do taste a little better Their Lattes/Cappacinos are not very good.  The Donuts are not fresh except for when the new shipments come in Their coffee is ok The tea Iced or Hot is generally pretty good. Colatta/ and "smoothies" are extremely fake The bagels are good and they have a wide variety of spreads The muffins aren't very good They say the croissants are fresh when they really have been left out for 2-3 days People are friendly if you are friendly to them (they have an annoying job)An even 3 sounds fair

Dunkin' Donuts sucks most of the time the coffee carafes have been left on for way longer than 18 minutes they can't be too happy (working the drive thru? not heaven...and on top of that it is funny to see the annoying bitches order coffee and think they are just the greatest. But then they get decaf, it is so funny that people don't relieze they could easily swith the type of coffee from decaf to caf or vice versa. They have a thankless job and people should act a little more nicely or else things will end up how they always are or worse but since I don't really like anything at Dunkin I will give a 3

Absolutely the best cofee in the world. Puts Starbucks to shame. That's about where it stops though. Back in the day they had good doughnuts but have been going down hill since the early 90s. The service has declined considerably too.

You cant be a proper Masshole without a Red Sox cap, Patriots sticker on your green Honda, and a daily trip to Dunkin Donuts. Coffee is the best reason to go. Kind of a staple of a New Enlgand fast food experience.

I love their donuts and bagel and cream cheese. The problem is, there is about 5 within a 2 mile radius of where I live. and there was a new DD shop right across the block. ENOUGH ALREADY WITH THE SHOPS! Not to mention, they are affilliated with the Boston Red Sox and NE Patriots (DD is based in MA), two teams I hate and despise.

Dunkin Donuts boggles my mind. It's smashing colors of orange and pink, 20-minute maximimum seating in an environment not condusive to seating anyway, and service that is many times sub par, has continued to addict customers including myself. I am utterly bummed out that there are none on the west coast. Donuts are good and the coffee - you ask for cream and sugar and it's one of the only places that put the stuff in for you - is incredibly sweet in it's own different way. I think it's just kind of refreshing that a cheesy place like Dunkin Donuts can still thrive in the face of others like Starbucks and Pete's.

Attention Dunkin' Donuts, since you are a donut store you might want to get some...I dunno some FRESH donuts. Dunkin' Donuts have some of the hardest donuts that I have ever tasted. It's like chewing through boots! Hell, I can get some sprinkles and frosting and put them on my shoes at home dudes! It taste about the same. Hated it!!

The only reason I do not give DD 5 stars is because once I got an awful cup of coffee.Other than that,no complaints....try their apple donut and also try the coconut donut family as well.I like all their odd flavors of coffee.

What negatives can you say about DD? Their donuts are legendary, and they offer Baskin Robbins ice cream, which is phenomenal tasting stuff for mass produced ice cream. And most importantly, DD's coffee is FANTASTIC! It actually is smoother and better tasting than expensive places like Starbuck's or Caribou Coffee. Whatever coffee DD executives use in all their stores, PLEASE DON'T CHANGE! Long live Dunkin' Donuts!!!
