Dumbass

Kind of a witless knee-jerk sort of insullt. It lacks that certain je ne sais quoi that elevates a put-down to something more personal and special.

Idiots, morons, tards, a few friends, and people with the IQ of paramecium fall under this category. I prefer "double dumbass" when they make the same mistake twice.

Simple, precise and to the point. It is also the insult of choice of one of my aunts. And she can always make it sound so entirely believable of anyone she bestows it on. It's a gift.

its funny to use when someone does somthing really stupid, but i feel like its been used way too many times

I still like this one. Although it's a little too standard it steps ahead of moron on the insult scale, and when used properly can make the target feel as if they fit the name.

I use it from time to time, but I generally prefer to use the term, "jackass" instead.

It's not very insulting, but has its own twist, I like to use that on my friends in the most lovingly possible way...

I find myself using this one very frequently at work. This world has so many dumbasses, maybe there should be a dumbass rehab, oh that's right you can't fix stupid!

i'm even a dumbass at times. it would depend on the situation and in what manner it was said to understand the degree of how insulting it is.

The old standard. This one brings me back to the days of Beavis and Butt-head. I once had an english teacher scream this at a friend of mine. Now that was funny....

I say this way too often, if you think about it, it can be quite disparaging to the person you are calling this...lol. But nonetheless, still one of my favorites...
